I would have rated this as zero stars, but that wasn't an option. I ordered the steak sandwich and was very disappointed. The presentation of the sandwich was excellent, but it only contained one very thin slice of beef that was very dry and tough. There was no sauce on the sandwich, so the sandwich was dry. The potato sticks on the sandwich tasted as if they came out of a can. The sandwich was tasteless. Also, the french fries came out cold. I would not recommend this sandwich from their menu.

The service was very slow, we were a group and they said that I was alone to serve, the food arrived one by one, they were confused and did not know who ordered each dish, the music was terrible, a singer who only wants to sing in English in a Cuban restaurant It was obvious that they were saying all the time that they should play music in Spanish and also the audio was too loud, the loud music is tormenting, in short they should read the opinions a little to achieve better results.
The one in golden gate was better

I don’t even know where to begin with this place. First, they served us a Cuban sandwich wrong TWICE after we explicitly said what we wanted in the sandwich. On top of that, someone else in my party was given a raw churrasco steak. For the cherry on top from our “lovely” experience was that they had the audacity to ask us to WRITE our credit card number on a receipt to “charge it later.” Are you kidding me? In a world full of fraud and identity theft, this is completely out of line and unsafe.

When we expressed our concerns to the manager, they brushed it off as if it was no big deal. Unacceptable! Apparently it’s something people do all the time. They really need to do better.

I have been there several times, very authentic Cuban food, I can say that, I am Cuban. Service is outstanding.

Parking: It is a huge parking lot that share spaces with other business at the plaza, most of them are slow at night

Poor service , the manager Teresa has a really bad attitude, owner please check her job and also the waiters don’t have any professionalism. The food doesn’t have any quality and is not cheap at all. Don’t recommend this place.

A friend went and she loved it, so much that I'm waiting to go... she says the atmosphere is very nice, but she needs a live musician... I recommend @YordanDeMabe... he is located in Fernández the bull- Bonita springs... It fits his style and has an incredible voice. I recommend it.

I'm not from Naples but I was here today and the service is excellent, very clean and beautiful, the food is tasty, in addition to the attention, I am very grateful to the girl at the bar, Paubla, very attentive, she is more exact, with an excellent principle and very humanitarian, without words with attention

Food needs improving. No buttered breads. The mojito was completely wrong. The Mamey shake is more like just a milk shake no mamey flavor. I’m sure they’ll improve but for now it’s not great. Two stars for the view and location.

Terrible experience! I don’t even know where to start. Food was horrible, the service was really bad. Waitresses were walking around and talking not offering you anything while we were waiting ……..it took us over 2 HOURS to get our food. After we got it, we were amazed by the ingredients and taste of our food. We ordered an avocado salad and that was literally just HALF avocado with two red onion rings on top. Nothing else, no lettuce, no tomatoes……nothing!!! - and they charged you $8 for it. that was soooo ridiculous!!!! And then the Cuban sandwich. I have never had a worst sandwich before. The taste was horrible, the bread was stale, the pork was dry..….my husband couldn’t even eat it and left it on the plate.
They didn’t even offer to get anything off the bill after complaining how bad everything was. We will never come back to this place !!!!
