Bekki, the new store manager was very friendly helping with suggestions and making sure I got my Grandmother's coupon to work. Food was all amazing. Great, fast customer service and excellent food for takeout. A Naples local favorite for sure. Best bang for the buck in Naples Park, Florida.

Family tradition every year for 15 years. Not one bad or unpleasant experience caused by Rib City. (Couple of pain-in-the-butt guests, once or twice)
They stole my pre paid credit card number and used $ 850.00.
It was the only place that I tried to use the card and we saw them on their phone. I had no idea they were stealing the card information.
I've called the manager 3 times and no return calls. I'm guessing that she is in on the scam.

Went last night. Could tell was busy and short staffed but the staff were amazing and the food was delicious the manager even came over to apologize about the wait for food! Kuddos to them for providing good customer service and follow up with there guests!
