We had a dinner party of four last night. Half of our party was a few minutes late due to unforeseen issues. In the meantime, we ordered drinks and an appetizer. About fifteen minutes later, the Maitre d came by (green jacket lady) and asked how long would it be before our guest would arrive because she had reservations later for our table. I found this to be unacceptable and plain rude! The restaurant appeared to be overbooked and understaffed. Not my problem. Our guests arrived shortly afterwards and our dinner was ok. Not as good as usual. Our server was fantastic and was doing the best she could. She was very nice. Maybe this was just an off night during season. The Maitre d needs to chill out, smile and not rush the guest.

We had a wonderful dinner. The food, service, ambiance was wonderful. Able to enjoy the evening without loud music. Would certainly recommend this restaurant and look forward to coming back.

5 stars – Brunch winner in Old Naples!
Hit up Ridgway Bar & Grill the other day for brunch, and wow, what a spot. Went straight for the hanger steak & eggs, and it was straight-up yum. The steak was perfectly cooked, juicy and tender, eggs done just right, with those crispy home fries and fresh fruit on the side. Everything tasted fresh and spot-on.
Paired it with their mocha iced coffee, rich, chocolatey, not too sweet, and super refreshing. Hit the spot on a warm Florida morning. The place has that classic Old Naples charm, cozy, welcoming vibe, great service, and right in the heart of things.

The broiled haddock was fabulous, and the broccoli was fresh not frozen, the baked sweet potato was Devine. I will definitely return.

If the weather is good, you’d like to dine Al fresco. This was what our group decided to do. Dine outdoors. BUT THEIR STAFF LET THE DIRTY PLATES PILE UP AND NEVER TOOK IT AWAY. SO…. ALL THE BIRDS ON THE TREES AROUND FEASTED ON IT AND POOPED ON US. I specifically had it on my hand painted dress, my hair, my hands. My other friend on her new white pants. We approached the MANAGER WHO JUST SAID WELL, IT’S NATURE. She thought of putting out the umbrella but decided not to. NO ACCOUNTABILITY. NO DESIRE TO CORRECT THE ISSUE BY AT LEAST ADMITTING THEIR ERROR - mainly the staff and MANAGER SUSAN who was plain arrogant and non chalant. BUT YET SHE CALLED THEIR RESTAURANT “ETHICAL” verbatim. SHANE ON YOU RIDGEWAY. NEVER WILL I EVEN BOTHER TO GIVE THIS PLACE A SECOND CHANCE. Just cold hearted and irresponsible. If there was a screaming ZERO STAR, that they deserve.

Anastasia was a wonderful server. Her attention to her clientele was remarkable and she showed special care to our special needs granddaughter.
Anastasia helps my daughter with wine selections and demonstrated her knowledge of the wines.
We count this experience as memorable and will return and request Anastasia.

Brunch at Ridgway never disappoints--my eggs benedict were perfectly cooked and Jake was an attentive, friendly, and efficient server. Can't wait to go back!

Our experience was terrible & I’d like to get at least a portion of my money back.

Awful, cold fish . Lacking all flavor. Broccolini and was completely burnt. Saw the waitress 3 times: to take our drink order, to give us our food, to give us the check. Didn’t check in at all or even bring all our drinks. Meal for the 2 of us was $138, excluding tip. This covered 2 glasses of wine, completely inedible fish, and schnitizl on cabbage. Literally nothing else.

To charge this types of prices, you have to atleast offer good service. Horrible.

We had a last minute reservation on an extremely busy evening. Table was ready for us, server needed a bit of time to get to us since we could see he was zipping along with all his tables! Food came very quickly and we enjoyed every bite. Love the vibe at Ridgway for dinner time!

Sophie took excellent care of us. Food was very good and the vibe was great. Visiting from Kentucky and look forward to coming again.

extremely overpriced, which I guess is to be expected for the area. However, neither the execution of the dishes or the portion size came close to justifying the prices. The short ribs and Cacio e Pepe were big letdowns

Consistently excellent food; tables are far enough apart to allow for conversation with one's dinner partners; service kind and courteous.

Christmas day...service was good, only clam chowder came out hot. Asked if they had raw horseradish beforehand and was advised yes. Upon the meal showing was then told by same person that they only had creamy ..and OMG, it had no flavor or heat at all. I asked to be served as prime rib should and my husband asked for medium well...we'll, it came out raw in the middle, couldn't even eat it. The entire entree was a huge miss and barely warm at best. What a huge disappointment for $85.
