Roma Italian Bistro & Pizzeria

Mama Mia :) My wife and I were searching for a delicious pizza for very long time, and we love good food. We tried the cheese pizza, AND IT IS THE BEST PIZZA WE'VE HAD. Sandra is an awsome server. And Lidia the owner really cares about customers. As I understaad they will change the location few blocks.,and the new name of the restaurant will be Ottimo.
We recommend it big time.

The service is excellent, the atmosphere too, too bad we ordered a pizza (crudo di parma) that in our opinion was spoiled with the addition of a "balsamic glaze" that made it "sweet and sour" (the dough can be improved) , our fault for not reading all the ingredients that are detailed in the menu... ?‍♂️ lava cake was very tasty ?

08/10/2024 - Spotted this restaurant on Google Maps and wanted to give it a try. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. I had the Linguini Meatball (only one meatball, I guess meatballs are expensive in Florida), my friend ordered a small Americana pizza, he said it was good. What surprised me was they charged a "service fee" on top of the "recommended gratuity" which is 18-22%. Some says - Gratuity is for quality of service, not a service fee for being there.

Went with a friend for dinner, had been there in the past and the food was good. We ordered the calamari appetizer it was ok the marinara sauce that came with it was delicious. The dinner salad was good, nothing special. My entree of veal parmigiana and spaghetti arrived at the table cold. I asked the waitress to please have it placed under the broiler to heat it up. It came back a few minutes later with some warm tomato sauce that tasted like it came directly out of a jar dumped on top of it. It was still cold and drenched in the sauce. The hostess came over and asked what the problem was. When I told her my dinner was cold and that I didn't want it she stuck her finger into the chicken and said it was not cold. I was speechless that someone who worked in a restaurant would actually do that. They asked me if I wanted something else or dessert I declined both. They took it off the bill. There are a plethora of good Italian restaurants in Naples that serve good food.

I really enjoyed my meal. Jada was very friendly and helpful and made a great recommendation for dinner.
