**Review:**My recent interaction with Rosati’s left much to be desired. After mistakenly placing an order and promptly canceling it within 10 minutes, I was met with unexpected hostility from a staff member over the phone. Despite being assured that canceling the order was "no problem," I later received a call from a particularly rude woman demanding payment for the canceled order.I explained the situation and politely declined to pay, as I had already obtained food from another establishment and had canceled the order as a courtesy. The insistence on payment, coupled with the disrespectful tone of the staff member, was both unprofessional and off-putting.After the third call from her ..She then spoke to my husband and he asked her nicely what kind of business she was running to expect payment for a canceled order.It is concerning that a business would resort to such aggressive tactics to recoup costs for orders not picked up, especially when customers have acted in good faith by canceling in a timely manner. The lack of customer service and understanding displayed during this interaction reflects poorly on the overall experience at rosatis.After reading similar reviews detailing tasteless food and poor customer service, I am relieved that I did not proceed with picking up my order. I hope that the management at Rosita’s takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues with their customer service practices.I pray this woman isn’t the owner but if she is the reviews speak for themselvesPlease fire this woman!!!!!

For the taste of the pizza isn't really that great. If you like more flavor and authentic I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Unless your okey with not that much flavor and the price go for it . I been to some good pizza places that was worth the price like Anthony coals fired pizza that taste better. If your a person who doesn't want to waste money and want a pizza that's worth it don't buy the pizza from here. My family member bought and shared the pizza it wasn't that great and once I asked how much it was and how much he paid I was like this pizza wasn't worth it.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in ordering food for delivering. After 2 hours of placing the order there was no update and no pizza. Had to call the restaurants so many times and they were so rude every time. The food still has never shown up and when I called back they were yet rude again… will never order from this pizza chain ever again

The owners, Angelo and Margie, greeted us at the door, and welcomed us into their restaurant.We felt like we were in Italy and we felt like we were entering into a family’s home.Upon entering, we sampled the double dough pizza, and it was amazing. The sausage was so fresh and authentically Italian.We then ordered the Fab Four Pizza, and it was amazing as well. We will come back next time to order the deep dish pizza which takes 40 minutes so we will call ahead before arriving.

Mediocre pizza. Staff agreed to split the check at the beginning of the evening, but management refused at the end of the evening.Patrons were allowed to bring in a dog which was allowed to sit bith on the booth seat and on the patron's lap at the table. At they end of their meal, as they left carrying the dog prominently in front of them, management cordially thanked them for coming. Illegal, unsanitary, unacceptable.
