Saturday Brunch Review Our Saturday brunch experience was overall enjoyable, with several standout elements and a few areas that could benefit from refinement. Highlights: Warm Welcome: The host staff provided an excellent first impression—friendly, accommodating, and attentive from the moment we arrived. Exceptional Food & Atmosphere: The menu offered a wide variety of choices, all prepared to a high standard. The food was truly delicious, and the seating was comfortable, contributing to a relaxed dining experience. Areas for Improvement: Entertainment Volume & Style: While live music can enhance ambiance, the performer was noticeably loud and leaned heavily on ad-libbing over backing tracks rather than performing full songs. This made conversation difficult at times and detracted from the otherwise pleasant atmosphere. Table Service & Attention to Detail: Service fell short of expectations for a restaurant of this caliber. For example, the pastries—though wonderfully flaky—left crumbs scattered across our clothing and the white tablecloths. Unfortunately, this went unnoticed by staff for over 20 minutes. When dining at one of Naples' finer establishments, guests should feel cared for—not distracted by cleaning up during their meal. Greater attentiveness from the service team would elevate the overall experience. Final Thoughts: We genuinely enjoyed our time and found the food to be delectable. We had an incredible meal at Sail. We walked up without reservations and were thrilled that there was availability and that we could do the tasting menu. We were treated amazing the entire time we dined. The bar was a lively area but the perfect setting to have dinner and not too loud to have good conversation. The food was special - not only did it taste great; but the blend of unique flavors and the offering of unique items made it an unforgettable dining experience. They were so accommodating and knowledgeable about gluten free options and were able to make an adjustment to the tasting menu so I could participate. For as amazing as the food was, the service was just as if not more so. The staff was personably and friendly and we enjoyed engaging with each of them. I highly recommend this special dining experience.

We went to Sails for the brunch experience because we had a gift card. When you arrive, the experience starts before you walk in the door. Outside, they take you picture and have a bar set up to get your first drink. The service was excellent from the start. After sitting down, pastries and bread were offered before we ordered. We did not eat very much of that, since we wanted to order as much food as we could. The only thing we did not enjoy was that the bread kept being offered even after we said no, probably to fill us up before ordering from the menu. We sampled a variety of drinks and dishes from the brunch menu, and everything we tried was outstanding. Some of our favorites included the goat cheese soufflé, quiche, tuna tartare, eggs Benedict, red sangria, and banana old fashioned. Overall, we had a great time. While we really enjoyed the experience and quality, we do feel it's on the expensive side and probably not something we’d splurge on again without a gift card. That said, it was a memorable and fun outing!
