Friday evening at Sails was absolutely delightful from start to finish! From the moment I contacted Michelle in reservations, her enthusiasm and detailed answers convinced me to dine here. Opting for bar seating was the best decision; we were warmly greeted and enjoyed comfortable ambiance throughout. Yasar provided impeccable, lovely service, and the Sommelier expertly selected a Sauvignon Blanc to complement our meal. The food, from fresh oysters to lobster ravioli, was delicious, and the complimentary sorbet for my birthday was a lovely touch. Overall, a beautiful and memorable evening! Can’t wait to go back! Thank you to everyone!Dietary restrictions: They have a lovely vegan menu and à la cart options.Parking: There is valet parking available in the back of the restaurant. It’s a nominal charge.

This restaurant was really something special. The fact that this has no Michelin stars blows my mind. The attentiveness and choreography of staff was remarkable. The food was well thought out, beautifully plated and tasted amazing. This is a must try and then revisit again and again restaurant.

We have been long time patrons with this restaurant but will NEVER set foot in their establishment again.. family emergency up North had to cancel 8 days prior to Easter reservation.. which we pre paid with our sons Xmas gift to us.. long time patron family emergency 8 days in advance cancellation we were told no refund.. just so greedy and this isn’t the first time they pulled this.. last time we were there we pre paid also but waiter gave us a bill and pre payment was not deducted and another time they did the same and we didn’t realize till we got home.. we live in a very upscale community where word gets around and I always defended this establishment because other people told us to be careful about them conveniently forgetting the pre pay.. this was absolutely the last straw for us!

Food was amazing and service matched! Staff was very attentive, we had 2 kids under 3 with our group and they made it a very special experience for them, which for us is priceless. At one point my niece wanted to keep a clam shell from one of the dishes and the server took it to the kitchen, had it cleaned it and brought it back to her - made her night, but honestly it's those little touches that made the meal special! Would reccomend!

Had high hopes for this restaurant! The hostesses were A++. Other than that, a total let down. They had a severe fly/gnat problem. They surrounded me during my meal. The food was bland and underwhelming. The crowd, staff and all around vibes were super bizarre. I could not get out of there fast enough. It didn’t align with anything else on 5th avenue.Side note- they add 22% gratuity to your bill…

Service was impeccable. Menu was confusing. The fixed fee 3 course was full of up charges. If you create a fixed fee menu, then stick to a fixed fee. Why have over half of the items be an upcharge? And large up charges...... Also, service fee of 22pct is already included in the bill.

Wow, how have we just now discovered Sails after several years in Naples? What a gem! Probably the best food, service, drinks, and environment we've discovered in Naples so far. If you haven't been yet, GO! Their Happy Hour is especially appealing. I wouldn't be surprised to see this restaurant earn a Michelin star someday.
