I stopped in the evening and ordered hibachi chicken. The worst I ever ate. The chicken was overcooked. The vegetables and chicken tasted and looked like that had been soaking in the hibachi sauce for days. I ordered fried rice and that only had rice no chicken or egg etc. I have eaten at Japanese restaurants in the past and always came away pleased.

My wife and I have been going to Saki on Collier Blvd about once a week for the last 3 years. I just don't believe/understand some of the negative reviews people have posted. We have NEVER had poor service, NEVER had anything but excellent food and ALWAYS found the atmosphere warm and welcoming. I'm glad the manager has taken time to respond to some of the negative reviews, however I think it is a waste of time on people who can't recognize a great restaurant!!!

My wife and I don't know which was worse, the food or the service. Everything took forever and the wait staff was not welcoming nor personable. We ordered hibachi, but it had no flavor, much less any spice. The sushi was not good and we ended up leaving nearly an entire roll. We will not be eating here again.
