The food is great – fresh, delicious, and always worth it! But the service at the counter today was absolutely rude. I had 2 stamps on my card, ordered 2 more meals, and only got one additional stamp. When I pointed it out, the cashier even licked her thumb and tried to rub off the old stamps before accusing me of lying! She did all of that with a smug grin on her face – no apology whatsoever. When I told her she could at least apologize, she just said, “Have a nice day!” Unbelievable and so disrespectful toward customers.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chinese restaurant. The food had a bad smell and an extremely unpleasant taste, to the point where it was completely inedible. The ingredients seemed old and the texture was awful. I ordered something simple thinking it would be safe, but it was a huge disappointment. I will not be coming back and I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for fresh, quality food

Was a line but kids wanted it, prices are crazy expensive so I purchased 1 teriyaki for 9yr grandsons to split.. vegetable's way to hard.. they would taste good if you could chew them.. the Chicken was hard and tough..but the flavor was good.. needed more teriyaki sauce for sure..The. Rice was the best item on the plate, also purchased an egg roll which was tasty.

Just 30 minutes before they were about to close I got a 1/4 cup of meat and 2 tablespoons of veggies?? The chicken teriyaki was dry and no sauce at all, who hired the cooks ??? I was expecting something really good but ... Number 1 Wok in rattlesnake is a 100% better than all of you in Naples

Typical Sarku. The guys cooking the food act like they would rather be working somewhere else, or not at all. The food is average Sarku, mostly rice. Be careful if you ask for extra sauce... they slop some on, splashing it over the counter... you could get burned by it, or ruin a shirt. They move people through the checkout line so fast that they make mistakes on the orders.

I paid for extra chicken twice, and literally watched them serve the same amount of chicken as the client before me that had not even one extra order of chicken. Employee was rude and not accommodating and just argued that I had triple chicken.
