Scoops Ice Cream & Acai Bowls

I wanted to take a minute to say how much we love Scoops! They always have the BEST flavor options that are incredibly delicious. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Grateful to have an amazing ice cream shop to be our go to. Thanks for being the best!

The price is outrageous. The ice cream is way too expensive for what it is. Definitely not worth paying such a high price for something that should be more affordable. I will never go back to this place.

One of the better ice cream parlors in Naples, if not the best. It’s got a lot of flavors and staff is great, has both games inside and outside to play as you eat your ice cream.

I've tried getting in touch with the owners about renting their truck for an event for over two months now, since they are the closest shop to my home. I filled out inquiry forms online, e-mailed several different addresses (you can find them all on the website), and called in to leave my contact information. Every single time I was told that the owners were either away on vacation or would return my phone call asap. It's now going on the third month and I never received a response.

My event is a few weeks away and so I decided to contact Royal Scoop. Their prices are reasonable, ice cream tastes better, and best of all: their response was immediate.

So friendly and helpful! I called ahead to ask a question about sugar free ice cream, very helpful. We got a flight of different flavors, all were delicious ? Also fun with a variety of games. Visiting from out of state and will come again when we are in Florida!

I really, really, really thought your acai bowls would be great. I've lived near this location but never tried your treats and always wanted to. The atmosphere was terrific and the staff member that attended me was great. I tried some samples if ice creams which were good but I ultimately decided something with less sugar would be wiser. I nearly daily order the acai bowls from Crisp and Green and wanted to try someone else's for a change. Well the toppings were great. The granola was much softer and cruncher and a great texture than aim used to. But the pitaya and acai were completely flavorless except foe one of them...don't know which was a little sour and had a odor I didn't like. They tasted nearly like flavorless but colorful ice. I know most people probably care more about the toppings but I prefer to focus on a great and flavorful acai or pitaya. I'm just providing my honest review. I'm more disappointed than you know because I had very high expectations and wanted to try your food for so long.

Maybe I'll stop in sometime for the ice creams.

Ordered 2 Mini Acai bowls (Sand dollar & John ... ), both AMAZING! Fresh fruits and the toppings were unique to the bowls. This will def be our new acai craving spot! Service was great. Young lady was knowledgeable and explained in detail what some of the toppings were.

I love this little ice cream shop scoops is great. Plus they have these games where they have a round ring attached to a rope and you kind of get it on a hook or something like that. Kind of funny games. Great place though.
