Horrible service

They took 30mins to come up to ask us what we want to order as far as food after we got our drinks. The food took almost an hour. The chicken is dry and hard. The food is generally bland, doesn't have that kick of authentic. My guests asked for a refill on Pepsi and never got it. The steak quesadillas muy bueno though.

The food was average. The service provided was not good or bad. What gets me the most is that they included an 18% tip without asking. No offense but a tip is a courtesy given based off service food and experience. The waitress did not provide between the 2 checks here 40 dollars worth of service. Never once came to check in on us just provided food then went to chat with other waitresses. There wasn't even a sign stating that 18% gratuity is included whether for big parties or not it is still a tacky practice. Definitely not coming back why come back when I can go have better food better service and not have my money taken without permission. I always tip well when I go out to eat but it's the principle of the matter. Senor tequila no thanks.
