Javier was a wonderful server - everything was delicious and was delivered nice and hot, exactly as ordered. Javier was so nice!

Two of us ordered the steak Mary Anne. Neither of us liked the sauce. and thought iit was a bit skimpy. The sauce had an overly sweet taste. It is a disappointingly small meal. The au gratin potatoes were excellent. Everyone liked them a lot. One person's steak was very overcooked and had to be redone. They removed her entire plate, so she had no way to eat the rest of the food. Two people were happy with their steaks, but did not like the flavoring in the mushrooms ordered to go with the steaks. The mashed potatoes were good. We ordered two orders of asparagus. They never appeared until we were done eating, so we ended up declining them. We did remind our waiter about them. The most significant issue is whatever they put in the sauces. None of the 5 of us liked the flavoring and the sweetness in the sauces. We had a side salad and that was good. Our waiter seemed very busy.

This is my first poor review on open table. I don't think I have written a bad review for a restaurant ever. However, the experience was poor. We were seated and it took a very very long time for our server to come over. Mind you it was not that busy. Then we sat there for about 15/20 minutes before getting anything, not water, not bread. We ended up getting another server. He was better and very kind. However the food took exceptionally long to come out, which is fine. But most importantly the food was not good and the prices were outrageous. I don't mind paying for an expensive meal at all. But the tuna appetizer was so fishy. We could not eat. The shrimp cocktail was good but was just throw on a little plate, no ice, no sauces. Not what I would expect for a nice place. My steak was sooo overdone and tough. I asked for medium rare and it was well done. We added a lobster tail which was an extra $ 42 as an addition to the steak. It was sooo tiny.

For a high-priced steakhouse, this birthday dinner fell far short in service, timing, and food quality. We dined at Shula's Steak House in Naples to celebrate a birthday. There were only two of us, and we had made reservations in advance with a request to be seated closer to the live jazz music. We arrived early and waited at the bar for our table to be ready, where we were greeted by a three-person jazz band near the bar, which created a great first impression. However, despite our request, we were later seated in the back of the restaurant where the music could not be heard at all. The bar service and cocktails were excellent, and our table was decorated with birthday confetti, a thoughtful touch that made the evening feel special. Unfortunately, the service and food quickly fell short. Appetizers and soup/salad took about 30 minutes to arrive. The French onion soup was delivered without a spoon, which we had to request. After that, we waited an additional hour for the main courses. During this time, staff repeatedly told us the meals would be out “soon,” yet no one asked if we wanted another drink—even though our water and cocktails were empty. Dirty dishes were not cleared until we asked. The main courses arrived about an hour and a half after we were seated, and the food was only lukewarm. The steak was extremely overcooked with a dark, leather-like appearance and no red at all. While it had some tenderness, it tasted heavily marinated, which seemed to mask the quality of the meat rather than enhance it. The chili crunch broccolini had no chili crisp. The chicken marsala was oddly plated, cut up in advance with the skin mixed into the sauce. The chicken was a leg and thigh, which was not described on the menu and was surprising given the setting and expectations of a steakhouse. About 30 minutes after the main courses arrived, Shula's gifted a raspberry cheesecake with “Happy Birthday” written in chocolate. The birthday guest did enjoy it, and the gesture was a

Excellent food. Poor service: Our waiter was very grumpy and made it apparent he was not happy to be working.

Shula steak gave our group of four, an outstanding welcome and great service so each couple enjoyed their anniversary dinner. Our server - Ashley - was wonderful. So friendly, professional, helpful, and quite experienced in her manner. She enchanted our evening. As for the food - It lived up to Shulas's reputation - meaning it was excellent. Our dismay - since we are in our 70s and 80s was the surprising price. but certainly we shall return Highly recommend Mike Azzolino

We looked forward to trying this place when friends recommended it. Walking in to a very welcoming vibe, excellent live music provided by a combo, and great atmosphere was promising. But an overly sweet Cosmopolitan foretold the culinary side of the evening. The wedge salad was awful with way too much dressing. The entree - steak Marianne - was mediocre at best. The two “filet medallions” were MAYBE 2-3 ounces. The scalloped potatoes and creamed spinach were okay. When you have to declare the bread - excellent sourdough - as the best part of the meal…well… Javier did a great job as our waiter. My verdict: there are other good steak houses in Naples so don’t waste your time and money here.

Dined here on November 25, 2025 for my sons birthday and Nate W. was our server. This place has always been solid but dont know what happened? The French Onion soup, caesar salad, and wedge salad were all fantastic. The 10 ounce filet, lobster tail, and rib eye were not good. Seems to me they are either buying a lesser quality meat or the food is not turning over? The steaks were very bland with not much flavor at all. Seriously the filet at Yard House or Longhorn is better. Nate did a great job with the service and he is a good server but with sub standard steaks I will go elsewhere. Our bill for 4 people with 3 entrees, 2 salads and a French Onion soup was $260 plus tip. The quality does not meet the price.

Was at Shula’s for breakfast as part of staying at the Hilton hotel. Our server was Ramona, excellent attitude / personality. So much so when we saw her the next we asked to be seated at her table. She remembered what we had drank before and was super courteous.

Food was good, as usual, but the service was terrible. While I appreciate that David was also covering the bar, we waited 15 minutes for him to come to our table to offer waters and the food service was very slow. I can tell he was annoyed when we initially called him over to our table. While his attitude towards us could have been better, perhaps the restaurant should have planned better for the lunch service with another server.

They had a price fix menu that was $75 for a 7oz filet, mashed potatoes, soup or salad. Food was excellent. Drinks were reasonable. We will go again.

My wife and I enjoyed our experience at Shula's and have dined there several times. The food (filet medallion meal for me & scallops for my wife) and service was excellent as usual, and the adult beverages were creative and tasty. The market salad was on the small side relative to price, but was very good.
