Food was good, as usual, but the service was terrible. While I appreciate that David was also covering the bar, we waited 15 minutes for him to come to our table to offer waters and the food service was very slow. I can tell he was annoyed when we initially called him over to our table. While his attitude towards us could have been better, perhaps the restaurant should have planned better for the lunch service with another server.

They had a price fix menu that was $75 for a 7oz filet, mashed potatoes, soup or salad. Food was excellent. Drinks were reasonable. We will go again.

My wife and I enjoyed our experience at Shula's and have dined there several times. The food (filet medallion meal for me & scallops for my wife) and service was excellent as usual, and the adult beverages were creative and tasty. The market salad was on the small side relative to price, but was very good.

Overall it was an amazing experience. Food was just perfect. So tasty and delicious. The were cooked exactly how we wanted. Our server Nate and the manager Justin was extremely friendly and very well experienced. Staff was extraordinary. Environment is very relaxing, and live music was cool. Very impressed and highly recommended.

Food was pretty good, but pricey. Our opinion, service was a 👎 Hostess was kind but the wait staff was extremely unfriendly, felt like the wait staff couldn't be bothered. Very curt and rushed. Not a welcoming warm dining experience by far in comparison to other restaurants we have dined at in Naples Florida. We visit Naples Florida often, we go out to dinner every night during our stays. Unfortunately, Shula's is a one and done for us we were disappointed, our expectations were not met. We will not be dining at Shula's again. *update: hats off to the GM of Shula's who contacted me and made things right.

Service poor, food cold. Overpriced. I try every 5 yrs or so.... Always bad experience and poorly managed.

The dining room had about 3-4 other tables, was very quiet inside. The greeters seemed disinterested in their job & had one of them had AirPods in.

Server was nice, but a bit short in his approach.

Ordered the wedge salad which was good.

Both ordered a medium well fillet, we both received a very well done steak.

After 5mins he came to ask how everything was, he agreed it was way overcooked. Had the kitchen remake it.

I assume the manager, another man, came over and apologised and took it off the bill. The remade steak was significantly better and really flavourful.

Their recovery was good from the mistake but would have been nice to be offered something whilst I waited or a desert etc, as another 10/20mins passed as it was remade and my partner continued to eat.

Wouldn't recommend, seems it's past its best and in need of cheaper prices to reflect the service.

A last oddity, the waiter before bringing the cheque, asked if I was tipping 20 or 22%, never been to a place which asks me before seeing the bill what I want to tip. Especially when not had the best meal.

 we were extremely disappointed. With the overall service from the bar dinner table. This was the second time we came over first time we sat at the bar area and the service was great and overall everything was good. We were looking forward to come back we invited two couples to join is this time Ithis time we made reservation at the dining area and the servers was horrible. we embarrassed. The waiter said he couldn't hear well and that's the reason he brought my appetizer with my dinner. He never offered anyone at the table a second round of drink and at the end to make the worse an awkward situation he'd never asked if the bill was one or split . we do not recommend.

Wife and I had the 7.5 oz fillet -hers rare and mine med-rare -both done to perfection. Also had French Onion soup which was very good

Steak was good.. BBQ sauce .. ehhhh .. i would have rather had the shrimp without the sauce .. but over all good place for a steak.. and if you like the Miami Dolphins..

I had the pleasure of eating breakfast here while I was staying at the Hilton hotel for the week. The manager Tonya was so amazing as was her staff Ramona and Gio. You could absolutely tell they were trained to perfection.
One of the breakfast items that stood out on the menu was the avocado toast. And wow. This masterpiece had to have been inspired by the Mediterranean. Loads of flavorand and an ample serving. I was so pleased by the experience. I also enjoyed a more traditional breakfast, amazing as well. Shulas really knows how to make you feel special. Absolutely cant wait to return.

I can’t recommend Shula’s enough for anyone visiting Naples, Florida. The staff are fabulous—gracious, happy, and genuinely love their customers, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. I want to specifically mention Tonya the manager for excellent service during breakfast during our stay in Naples Hilton. Ram the server did a very good job.
Last I want compliment the Cheff on the excellent croissant that had for breakfast. As good as the ones we had in Alberta, Canada recently. We will definetely coming back for more. Thanks.
