Perfect spot to celebrate a birthday luncheon. Delicious food and wine and the most delicious piece of chocolate cake, comped by Shula's. 1st class dining experience
The food was really good as I've been here a handful of times. This time was just different as there was a group of about 6 behind us that kind of ruined the experience. They seemed to maybe have had too much to drink and were laughing about if they got kicked out. Not the restaurants fault since they accommodated us and moved us. But it just kinda dampened the mood. Ari our waiter deserved a piece in this review too since he helped out and made good recommendations!
Great food, excellent service, waitress was amazing as was the manager. First class all the way.. Ray
My wife has dietary restrictions, and the waiter was less than helpful with menu selections. The French onion soup had little taste. The salad and steak were very good
We went there for our Anniversary and the meal was excellent start to finish. We both had Filet Mignon cooked medium well and a bottle of 2019 Silver Oak Cabernet. All were excellent. Side of Potatoes Au Gratin and topped off with the Chocolate Lava cake and Apple Cobbler. The sides and desserts are large enough for 2 to share. We will return. A classic steakhouse within the Hilton Hotel.
We experienced Shula's for the first time & totally enjoyed our evening. Great atmosphere in the lounge area with a live band & great artist. Celebrated our anniversary, it was special. We shared a salad, a 10 oz filet, & creamed spinach. Enjoyable evening. We will return!
We came to Shula's in Naples, FL for our 42nd Anniversary. They made sure we had a really great experience from the table decorations to the service and food. Our Server, Ari, was particularly professional and yet fun. He was very accommodating. The steak was perfect. And the special desserts were beautiful, huge and yummy. I'm going to enjoy my second half tonight! Shula's is a special treat for us and it was a truly lovely evening. We were lucky to have received some gift cards as a present and so we went all out. We were so glad to celebrate at Shula's! Thank you all for a wonderful Anniversary!
Staying at the Hilton that Shula's is attached to and so very convenient to eat here. Overall a beautiful restaurant, nice attentive staff. The food, we got the NY Strip with Onions and mushrooms, mashed potatoes, Arugula, Lobster Bisque and dessert was Lava cake. All was good except the NY Strip which was somewhat chewy and had some gristle. We've stayed at the hotel several times before coming to Shula's and will be coming back. Price was with gratuity about $200 for two.
Holly and I both had a wonderful dinner. Boris was our server, he was outstanding. Our filet was cooked to perfection. The only thing I felt needed a correction was our Martinis, which were served in a champagne glass. Boris had the bar serve our second martinis in the correct martini glass. Joe and Holly
I have eaten at Shula's over the years- I will not be going back. The service was horrific and laughable. Took about 10 minutes to have our drink order taken, gave server benefit of the doubt. I ordered a ribeye medium. When it came out, it was almost rare, so I asked they flash fry it just to get it up to a more medium temp. The server took it back and then was gone. My husband had his food and so I told him to eat thinking mine would be a few minutes. 12 minutes later, a food runner delivered my meal and left. I cut into it and it was WELL done. The server did not come until about another ten minutes. When he stopped by, he REEKED of cigarettes and asked, "how is it?" I said it's really bad, inedible actually. He (verbatim) said, "do you want us to cook you another one, and then you can just take it to-go?" Wow. I replied, "well, definitely want another one and I suppose since my husband is all done all I can do is take it to go." Mind you, we had come for father's day. He takes the steak to the manager, who looks at it and immediately takes it to the line and they begin preparing another one. Manager NEVER comes by, neither does the server. They avoid our table like the plague. We were very gracious, not rude, could have caused a stink but didn't. For the manager to not come by is unacceptable. When Ari brings the food in a to-go bag (never had me look at it, cut into it, nothing), he says "any dessert?" We politely declined to which he gives us the check. Charged us for the steak. My husband was appalled and says, "We are not paying for this." Ari replies, "but you are taking it home, we fixed it so you have to pay for it." Comical. We ask to speak to the manager, to which he says, "he's right there" and points. We literally had to shout, "Frank! We need to speak with you." The manager comes over, apologizes, apologizes for the server, says he should not have argued with us, blah blah. Steak is comped, we leave. Nothing about Shula's is fine dining, it's a joke.

The service and food were outstanding! If you want to be pampered in a very nice luxurious venue, then Shula's was lovely. The staff were extremely courteous and attentive. The food was cooked to perfection. It was a bit on the pricey side, but worth it for a special occasion.
Giovanni was our server and he was fantastic. He offered great options for dinner and drinks. He made sure to follow up with us at the right moments. He's one of the best servers we have had.
Most tender filet of my life. Literally melted in my mouth at medium rare. Bread is a great accompaniment. Lobster bisque was amazing. Great wine service as well. What a treat!
