This was my 4th time dining here. My Fathers 88th Birthday! After the last time I was not expecting much ( had a horrible Rib Eye steak last time and my Mom had some horrible fish ); however our server Amena was fantastic and My brother said his Rib Eye ( rare ) was the best he every had! I ordered 8oz Fillet Mignon ( rare ) it was outstanding, My Mom ordered the Pranzino and she said it was very good. My sister in law had steak frites and really enjoyed it. Overall the experience was great and they FINALLY DIALED DOWN THE VOLUME OF THE MUSIC! My group will be back again!

Good and the whole experience was amazing 🤩 we went there for our anniversary and they did not disappoint ❤️ I got the 1/2 chicken and my husband got the rib eye both were cooked perfectly and we also got the Mac and cheese and the whipped mashed potatoes. Definitely would recommend 10/10

The food was average but expensive. Bread for the table was $10.00 and my daughter's salmon was unevenly cooked. There was a live singer there and where we were seated, it was incredibly hard to hear each talk at our table. Our server was wonderful, very polite and very responsive to our needs. I do not think we will be back and will try a different restaurant in the casino next time

Overall, excellent — this restaurant is consistently great every time I visit. I brought a friend, and we were staying for a show, which made for a wonderful evening. The only minor downside was wishing for a better option to take leftovers home, as we didn't want to leave food in the car due to the Arizona heat. Otherwise, a fantastic experience as always.

To start, the bread and butter came out first and it was delicious. Our daughter’s chicken tenders with steak fries arrived next. She tried the chocolate milk, which was not good, so we switched it to the lemonade, and she really enjoyed her meal. Her fries were amazing, 10 out of 10. We had the Caesar salad, which was also amazing.
For the main course, I ordered the 7 ounce filet mignon medium well, but it came out extra well done and dry. My significant other ordered the 10 ounce filet mignon medium, but it came closer to medium well. The mac and cheese lacked flavor, and the whipped potatoes were okay. I would give them 7.5 out of 10, but my significant other thought they tasted like boxed potatoes.
Our main course came out at least 45 minutes after the salad, so by that time I was very hungry. I did not send back my steak because it was not the server’s fault.
Overall, while the bread, salad, and fries were excellent, the steaks were disappointing given the restaurant’s reputation.

My girlfriend and I just ate at Shula’s while town for a comedy show. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and our drinks were delicious. We had the pleasure of being served by Javier. He was attentive and helpful with the menu.

What a fabulous restaurant!! I researched the best steakhouse and the menu for Shula's stood out. We made reservations for early evening. Patrick was our waiter and he was very attentive and took excellent care of us. My friend ordered the lobster bisque and I the French onion soup to start, she was impressed with the amount of lobster that was present and my soup was perfect. She ordered the filet minion and I ordered the rib eye; along with the whipped potatoes, scalloped potatoes and mushrooms. Everything was delicious, steak cooked perfectly and drinks made very well (French 75 was my favourite). Treat yourself if you happen to be in Naples. My friend who winters here said this steak was better than capital grills. I'm looking forward to my next time here. Props to the kitchen for excellent food!
Good food in elegant surroundings with great service. The bar is excellent and Nate the barman is a superb host with great knowledge of history, especially WW2 history! Really good selection of whiskies.

I really enjoyed my experience here. I came for a work trip and treated myself to dinner here. I really enjoyed the filet medallions entree and the creme brulee was to die for. The service was exceptional and I never needed to wait a long time to be served. Additionally, I came here the following day for breakfast and it was also just as great. The avocado toast with poached eggs was perfect.

Two of us ordered the steak Mary Anne. Neither of us liked the sauce. and thought iit was a bit skimpy. The sauce had an overly sweet taste. It is a disappointingly small meal. The au gratin potatoes were excellent. Everyone liked them a lot. One person's steak was very overcooked and had to be redone. They removed her entire plate, so she had no way to eat the rest of the food. Two people were happy with their steaks, but did not like the flavoring in the mushrooms ordered to go with the steaks. The mashed potatoes were good. We ordered two orders of asparagus. They never appeared until we were done eating, so we ended up declining them. We did remind our waiter about them. The most significant issue is whatever they put in the sauces. None of the 5 of us liked the flavoring and the sweetness in the sauces. We had a side salad and that was good. Our waiter seemed very busy.
