Last Friday, 15 minutes before closing. We wanted an espresso and a pastry. The guy said he could not make the espresso because it was too close to closing. A minute later another customer requested an espresso and he started making it for her. When I asked why her and not us, he said it was because she is a "regular" customer! Terrible customer service! 👎

I am not an expert on Venezuelan bakeries. I knew nothing going in, but everything I tried was excellent.Service was friendly and welcoming, made the experience even better.
Coffee was average, nothing special.
Empanadas are next on my list. Worth the trip.

Checked out this Portuguese/Venezuelan cafe. The staff are friendly and the coffee was great. The chicken empanada was a bit dry but the dipping sauce was a good addition. The guava pastry tasted a bit artificial. I don’t know much about Venezuelan food so I don’t want to say it wasn’t good, just not for me. There are many options of pastries and food. Worth a try.

Food and coffee here is sooooo delicious! It’s this cute mini gift of a cafe wrapped up in a little bow! Owners are super sweet and work hard to make it a special experience! Definitely recommend their coffee, pan de bono, arepas, mini lunch, cinnamon rolls. You really can’t go wrong with anything. And I regularly see them cleaning, wiping down their cabinets and counters, which makes me feel good about the cleanliness of the restaurant because they are really busy every time I’m there. FYI This isn’t really a dine-in kind of place. You can sit at a small bar which lines the wall of the cafe or you can sit outside - they have a couple high top bistro tables. Most definitely recommend!

What a beautiful hidden gem! ☕🥐💛
Absolutely amazing experience!

Omg, we were blown away by the friendly owners and staff — such genuinely kind people! The food is incredibly delicious and fresh, and the coffee is wonderful (with beautiful latte art on top!). You can tell they truly know their craft and take great pride in what they do.

The bakery is spotless, and the interior design is super inviting and stylish — it feels cozy and welcoming the moment you walk in. And the best surprise? We realized we actually know the wonderful owners of this beautiful Venezuelan bakery — it’s such a small world!

Thank you so much for the excellent service and hospitality. We’ll definitely be back for more empanadas and coffee — and we can’t wait to try the famous arepas everyone’s talking about!

Coffee, bread… What else do you need?

This little bakery has become a weekly tradition for our family. My wife and I stop in often—and now even our two- and three-year-old boys have made it part of their routine.. they’re obsessed with the Cachitos! (slightly sweet bread roll, typically filled with ham or other savory ingredients like cheese or turkey. ) The coffee is always spot-on, the bread is fresh, and the overall vibe is warm, welcoming, and refreshingly non-corporate.

It’s run by a lovely family, and it shows in every detail—from the spotless counters to the genuine smiles behind them. Every time I’m there, I see someone trying it for the first time, and their reactions say it all.

If you haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and go. You’ll wonder why it took you so long.
