We came into town to visit some friends and always have to come to Skillets. Jackie was our server and she was great energy from the moment she walked up to our table. Great service!
ALWAYS good no matter what location or what you order 🍽🍞🍳🍲🥗🌯🍉🍏❣️ a go to for all visitors and Hot syrup 😋 🧇🥞
I lost my receipt and Rylyn graciously found the receipt and texted it to me on her personal phone. Thais is what I call customer service!! In addition Venessa our server was very attentive to our need even offering a to go cup (freshly brewed tea) to take with me. Food was good I always seem to get the Cajun chicken skillet never the less it was delicious. Kudos to your team! Thanks again Rylyn
So disappointed my last review of skillets was wonderful but this time it’s not. All of the food was cold and the biscuits were rocks when I say rocks I mean they were super hard. The waitress seemed annoyed that we would complain but did try to make things right. By the way this was at 8:30 in the morning we didn’t show up at the last minute before lunch. We will not be returning to this Skillets in Founders Park Naples Fl.
Friendly service, clean store, good food.
Service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Server never came. I went to the desk twice asking for a severance. The girl at the desk finally took my order.
The employee Kaneisha was so rude with us , and she walked every one to the respective tables but she did not walk us to my table , she pointed. I hope the supervisor take action about this . Thank you !
First time eating breakfast here and j absolutely loved it first of all with me having type 2 diabetes now I’m glad they had breakfast food I could eat that had no sugar there multigrain pancakes with sugar free syrup and over easy eggs was absolutely delicious I’m definitely coming back to eat here it was delicious.

Good breakfast, very bad customers Service.
For me these skillets location need a new staff.
This is a great place for breakfast. I love the potato pancakes and the skillets potatoes. Their bacon and eggs are fabulous. Their bennies and scones are great. Good coffee and a variety of juices. Very friendly wait staff who frequently remember us from previous visits. Clean restaurant with nice decor.

Pricey for mediocre food and service. $70 for breakfast after tip for 2 adults/2 kids. The ham/cheese omelette was decent but small for $14 and the toast was cold, thin, and tasted weird. The staff is very nice but didn’t give us silverware or condiments and never came back after our food was delivered. All in all it’s OK but seems like the food has been degraded to try and save them money. Next time I’ll skip going out to Skillets and go to Tacos and Tequila for lunch instead.
