Great sandwiches and usually great service. Came in this morning and they were out of tap water cups, so the guy at the counter basically said we pay for a soda or nothing. Been here dozens of times and the service is usually excellent, must just be one poor employee having a bad day. Would still recommend.

If you live in Naples and you don’t come here for lunch, you are doing yourself a disservice. This place hands down has the best sandwiches. The ingredients are fresh, the bread is great, the service is fast, efficient and friendly. I live in West Palm and make it a point to come get a hoagie every time I’m in town. The double dip has been my favorite, but you can’t go wrong with any of the specialties. 10/10

Mad cool!!! 10/10 This had to be the best sandwich I’ve ever put in my mouth! They put spicy kettle chips on my sandwich like I do at home. The guys there were awesome and very helpful! This concept in Estero would slay! I wanted to eat there, but after traveling 20mph under the speed limit from Fort Myers with the snowbirds, I had to get to take it Togo.

Probably one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. I’ve been hearing about this place from coworkers for the past three years and finally gave it a try. I ordered the Dirty Bird after a long day at work and was already smiling before I even opened the bag. To the staff member who wrote “meow” next to my name, thank you for the laugh; it was much needed. As for the sandwich….Didn’t get a picture because it didn’t stand a chance. Finished it in about five minutes. Absolutely delicious—will definitely be back.

The two young gentlemen who helped us were awesome! Very helpful in explaining the menu options and making the ordering process easy. I was impressed by how enthusiastic they were for creating a great customer experience.
The food tasted great: the 4 sandwiches were expertly crafted and packaged.
This was a refreshing place to quickly grab food after a four hour drive to the area.

They have not figured out their delivery service with 3rd party services like Uber Eats and DoorDash. If you order an italian hoagie, you will have to list, one by one, the ingredients that go into an italian hoagie, because an italian hoagie is somehow beyond them. You may very well spend $60 and get a few hoagies with nothing but ham in them like I did. Also, if you order any sides like chicken or potato salad, the portion is literally a plastic ramiken, I am not exaggerating in the slightest. Do not reply to this review telling me to call you, I did and you told me I was SOL because you were closing soon.
