Came in for a smoothie today at like 1230pm guy with glasses was so into his phone didn’t even realize I’m standing there, for a couple minutes. When lady was finishing up instead of handing me the straw she just throws on the counter. They was nice to the other people (white) then me. We all the same.

Absolutely ridiculous. The store refused to take a $100 Bill and they laughed at me and told me to “go to the bank” because they don’t take anything bigger than $20. I work in surgery and don’t have time to go to the bank…Understandable cash protocol, but the employee attitude was not.A $100 bill states “this note is legal tender for ALL debts, public and private.”I consider todays transgressions an insult, unamerican, and poor business practice. I may reach out to the BBB.Perhaps train the employees on customer service, or stock a register capable of supporting a business. Feel free to make things right, the ball is in your court.EDIT*** your original rude response spoke for itself, I didn’t appreciate the personal attack calling me a 1 star American when my bloodline actively fights for our freedom, and my forefathers served and were severely injured so you could franchise a smoothie king.I have moved on to someone more respectful and reasonable.

You should carry more change so you can break it."Your sense of entitlement is shameful and we wish we could give you one star as an American. Good luck on pursing something laughable"

Already overpriced with very few good tasting selections , now this location is understaffed. Took15-20 minutes to just buy an energy drink. Place has really gone downhill, rude staff who don't know their menu, poor drink quality and just a waste of time. Will go to the numerous other smoothie options in town, deleting the app this smoothie king is so terrible. Owner is incredibly Rude and facilities are not what you would expect in an Naples Establishment.

A hot Sunday morning after a long walk, a smoothie was just the right cool-us-off-drink. We were able to place our order as soon as we were ready. It was the being ready part that took a couple of minutes as there are lots of choices. Good smoothie, not too sweet and not tart. These are good for you smoothies not the sickie sweet ones. Store is in a strip mall (what isn't in a strip mall in Naples?). No seating that I noticed, this is a grab and go kind of place. All good.
