I went here about a week and a half ago. They did not meet my expectations in any way shape or form weighed over 20 minutes for my food and then when I got it, the order was wrong. Then when I asked for a refund, I was never refunded my money. The management is extremely rude and obtuse and I will never go back again.

1st time visiting Sonic while in the US. The drive-in experience and ordering brought back old school experience, with great service.
French fries were unavailable to order at this location, which is unacceptable at the beginning of lunch hour on a Saturday. The onion rings I had to order instead were greasy. Their version of smash burgers with their own sauce on potato buns miss the mark. Didn't even finish half of my meal before throwing away the rest. The only positive food takeaway was the cherry lemonade that was ordered.
Wil not return to Sonic during any further cross-border visits.

After I pay for my food and sit almost 20 min waiting for it as they walked out the door and served all the guests behind me. They hand me my order and tell me they are out of cheese, for my kids meal and the double cheeseburger. The bread was stale, no cheese , and cold burgers,called the restaurant asked to speak to a manager, the lady answers the phone hello no sonics mentioned and acted like she didn't understand why we were calling. I will not never go back.

I’m definitely coming back! I love the drive-in system, since you can order without the stress of a drive-thru, and the staff were very nice. The food tasted great, we ordered a Smasher Burger and a SuperSonic Double Bacon, and they both tasted awesome. The fries were delicious and almost like churros, but with that classic French fry flavor. They even included a piece of Sonic mint candy for free! 10/10 I will definitely be coming back

Waited in line for 32 minutes the car Infront had been there 40 minutes before we even got someone to answer at the machine. This place is going to hell under the management, if I was corporate I would look into this store asap. Because they lose a lot of money here not working playing on there phones. Falling asleep high in the bathrooms. This place needs a huge change and soon.
In the past going to Sonic was not too bad but, as of now it has fallen so far. Ordered 2 drinks dirty, didn't get them dirty, ordered a Sonic Blast with 2 toppings and got a shake with neither topping. The food was ok but thrown into the bag so I had to pick it up and put it back in its container. Tried to ask the worker if we could get it corrected and they disappeared without helping. After asking for help again from another associate they did the same, a head nod and disappearance. Trying to pay at the terminal did not work even though it said it cleared so they had to take my card and disappeared for 5 minutes. I would not recommend eating here, don't waste your time.

Tried the kiosk, kiosk number 3. Hit the big red button and waited for about 15 minutes before giving up and driving away. This place sucks, don’t even bother. Terrible location.

Pet Peeve
It has gone SO down hill. I went with a group of 4, we each ordered separately and each order had something wrong (along with all cards not working when it said payment went through?). My order, I got a blast and they gave me a shake. Order 2 got a Dr. Pepper float but got coke. We asked for them to be remade nicely and both staff seemed to not understand the issue/what we were saying. After a little explaining they said they'd remake them. 10 minutes later nothing, and they started bringing out other orders and not even acknowledging us. We just left. Outside eating area was also incredibly dirty. Tech issues it seems everywhere. Place needs an update, it's not just limited to staff either.

to be honest, if I could give zero stars I would. I got sonic tonight at 9:44 PM on the dot and I got in the drive-through and sat there for about 10 minutes and got no answer and nobody was asking what I wanted to order after I said hello multiple times then I went in the drive up order and try to order there and they would answer the drive up and then hang up so then I went back in the drive-through. Nothing there then back in the drive up nothing there again meanwhile other cars are getting their orders and still nobody has asked me what I want to order so finally I get up to the window at 10:30 almost an hour after being there and they ask what order I’m waiting on and I said none no one has taken my order so they took my order which was literally so easy. It was two blue raspberry creamy slushy with nerds and on top of waiting nearly an hour for my slushy they didn’t give me cream. I am so disappointed and upset. All I wanted tonight was a blue raspberry creamy slushy from sonic and after waiting all that time I still had to pay for it sonic you suck.

Drove to order station. Waited 7 min with no service. Then went to drive thru..girl seemed confused and took a long time to take order. Then at pickup the delay was excessive..lastly as i drove away, i found no straw for drink. Last time I will visit
