The worst experiences I have had in a fast food place, the employees are very rude, and they take a long time to serve you, especially at the drive-thru. I was waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thru until I had to get out of my car to call them.

Horrible experience this evening. My order took 20 minutes to be ready. On top of that I had to knock at the drive thru window for someone to let me know (very rudely) that the food was not ready. The Quality of food... uneatable. The onion rings were NOT cooked thoroughly.When the fast-food services started to mistreat customers? when they exist THANKS to customers.

Waited at the in-car service for 20 minutes. Drove out went into the drive through. Waited another 10 minutes. A person in front wasn't attended all that time. Left the place.

We had a totally frustrating experience at the Sonic Sadly the staff could not understand English and gave us 1/2 of our order then we had to reorder the non existing food and the final price was 68.00 for 2 hamburgers, 2 chicken tenders, 2 drinks, 3 small milkshakes Rip

Been there three times at Nine pm and couldn’t even put and order in I live two blocks away. Sat there for 20 minutes in the drive thru even went inside and they were just sitting there cleaning four other cars left behind as well this place needs new owners

Popcorn chicken was great!! Customer service ordering the food and the window terrible no eye contact window close and couldn't ask anything they gave us the food couldn't talk to them.

Just left. 3:55pm Tuesday March 11th 2024.Spent 10 mins in order spot. Never got an answer.. crew member came out to let me know that spot didn't work and to move to the one next to it. We did. 10 mins later, nothing. We try another spot. 5 mins later, nothing still. So we try drive thru. 7 mins in we still have not even got a word from a worker again. The car in front of myself and I leave. Spent over 30 mins just trying to order here to no success.
