Probable the nicest staff of people we've encountered. Prime rib deal was very good, with a great wine menue with many specials. They showed us thier private party room that holds around 45 people. We met the bartender Monica who was a very friendly irish las who is very animated and entertaining. We can't wait to go back to here music at the bar.

I was there for a work meeting. The apps, warm bread and entrees were great. I had a filet mignon (of course steakhouse...lol) cooked just how I like it

The server and the restaurant manager were phenomenal. They did everything they could to make it a pleasurable experience. The issue is the food. Out of all the meals the best we all agreed on was the bread. The steaks came well done, when the server asked if she could take it back to rectify we agreed. Then we overheard the conversation between the chef and the server. The chef was arguing with her that the steaks were cooked fine and that's how they were supposed to look. Charred, dry and hard to cut apparently. 15 - 20 minutes later they reappeared and was much better. But at that point the rest of us were done with our meal. It really took away from the birthday celebration. The escargot was tasteless, the carpaccio was cut too thick with big chunks of salt, the mussels were made in a broth that tasted like petroleum. It was not a good experience for food. The server and manager really did do everything they could to make up for it but I believe those menu items (steaks) should have been left off the bill. Not a 50% discount.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. They leave their Uber eats app open all night (when they are closed) so that people order food, without knowing they won’t ever deliver anything. They ‘have’ their own driver so Uber never gets any confirmations on deliveries, which means: you have to cancel once you realize they are never bringing you the food. And then you loose $70 for nothing. This is what happened to me.

As a resident of Naples, my wife and I have often visited Stoney's. Last October (2023) Stoney's helped me with a birthday party for my wife along with a local Trio (musical performers). Very successful.
Of late (18 May), however, I booked a gathering for 14 people (actually 8 couples but two ladies were out of town). After several attempts to contact the manager via text messaging and voicemail, I received a call from the in house reservationist stating Stoney's would not provide individual checks for each couple but only one total check for the entire party of 14. Which for us was UNACCEPTABLE.
Good Food - YES; Good service from the staff - YES; Good Communication from the management - NOPE!
I will say the GM and local manager have both apologized to me for the lack of communication. My group of local Naples residents are in agreement, we will no longer patronize Stoney's Steakhouse in any fashion. We, of course will pass along our advice to friends and family members to avoid dining at Stoney's Steakhouse in the future.

The service from when we walked in to left was excellent. The food was amazing (highly recommend the Australian NY Strip) and they had fantastic wine! Definitely going to be back anytime we get a chance.
Geri was there to greet us and ask off we were ready to be seated. We opted to wait at the bar for our guests. Billy our server was excellent as always. Sean was great at the bar and Peggy and Jim and their outstanding entertainment never disappoint! All staff members were ready willing and very able to do or help in anyway. It is always a pleasure to be there. Today was a special dinner with my sister and brother in law. They were over the moon amazed at every turn. Whether you want to stop for a cocktail, Happy about , full blown dinner or to visit with a great staff this is the place.

The hostess was very polite and prompt in seating us. Our waiter was excellent and the music in the bar area was very good. The appetizer we ordered was a small seafood tray and the selections were not fresh. The prime rib I wanted was not available so I ordered a 6 oz. tenderloin and it was cooked according to my instructions. Overall, our experience was not worth it. We will not be going back to this restaurant.
Carne buonissima ma c'erano solo 3 tavoli. Ristorante di classe ma andrebbe bene in europa perché di fronte ci sono ristoranti e bar sul porto. Prezzo molto alto ma siamo a Naples ... però tanto caro. L'europa è molto a buon mercato rispetto alla Florida (miami e naples)

If you want a grocery store steak with flavor less than what you can cook on your own grill, come here. It feels like a 1980s wedding hall while you're knawing on your flavorless meat. I knew I was in trouble when my medium ribeye came out 2/3s raw and the waiter asked how much longer I wanted it cooked.....like I'm the chef. This is NOT Flemings. NOT ocean prime and NOT anywhere to expect a fine steakhouse meal. Real bummer for my last night in Naples. You will thank me if you don't waste a dinner at this "steakhouse".

Nice meal with the family. Steak done correct and tasty. Chicken was good but it was the size of a pigeon. Drinks ok but 15.50 for a Jamerson overboard. Nothing special for Birthday. Good location and parking.

Our waitress was wonderful. Since I wear hearing aids, I would not be able to hear a thing when they sat a big party right next to us. ( the restaurant was NOT crowded. Out waitress offers to move us to the other side of the fireplace so I could hear my companion. She was great, food was delicious, love their prime rib!
