If you want a grocery store steak with flavor less than what you can cook on your own grill, come here. It feels like a 1980s wedding hall while you're knawing on your flavorless meat. I knew I was in trouble when my medium ribeye came out 2/3s raw and the waiter asked how much longer I wanted it cooked.....like I'm the chef. This is NOT Flemings. NOT ocean prime and NOT anywhere to expect a fine steakhouse meal. Real bummer for my last night in Naples. You will thank me if you don't waste a dinner at this "steakhouse".

We dined here for the first time for Easter and each ordered something different. Everything was really good including the prime rib, filet mignon and the veal. Excellent french onion soup as well. But the service was impeccable! Everyone from the hostess to the wait staff were friendly and fun. Special shout out to Quame, our waiter. He was full of personality and incredibly attentive. We will be back!

AirConditioning was not working on a hot evening. Food was excellant. Waiter was ok. Got our entrees 2 hours and 15 minutes after we were seated. We kept pushing our waiter to take our order early. Its good we were not in a hurry. Skipped desert and left. Will not return.

Had dinner here last night as my husband was hungry for prime rib. I had scallops. The food and atmosphere was ok, but what really made it for us was our server - Q - who is from Jamaica. He has a wonderful personality and was on top of everything.
We had the best experience from our server being spot on and the food was finest we had in Florida. We saw the bad reviews and wanted to give them a chance. We were rewarded. Highly recommend!
This is by far the worst steakhouse I’ve been to in my life. Here is a summary of our experience:- Asked to wait past our reserved time even though there were open tables throughout the dining room.- Dirty tabletop when sitting down- Ordered Escargot for an appetizer that never came.- Was charged $55 for a bone in ribeye that was 1/4 inch thick and loaded with fat. I couldn’t eat it.- Creamed spinach that tasted and looked store bought.- Charged for peppercorn steak sauce on one of our steaks that also never came.Don’t ever go here PLEASE. We need to work together to shut this place down!

Our server was horrible. The food took forever because he was never anywhere to be found. He messed up our appetizers, our sides and our main dishes were cold. He tried to make up for it by sending desserts.

I think they need more help. Did not get steak knives. Had to ask twice for sugar and creamer for our coffees. Our coffees were finished by the time our desserts did come. Took a while to close out our check. Steaks were great. Six pieces of asparagus for $12.00 is a crime. Baked potato for $8.00 was small. Ran out of Key Lime pie before 7:30. This was one of, if not the worst dining experiences I have ever had. After showing up 7 minutes early for our reservation we were told it would still be 10 min. We didn't know why, the restaurant was hardly busy. Then we continued to wait an additional 10 min after our reservation time. We sit down and the table cloth was dirty. We ordered our food all at once (apps, entrees, and sides) only for the app to never arrive. At this point it was too late we had our server take it off the bill. Her response was “oops”. Then our steaks came. One was missing the enhancements asked for upon ordering. They were both pretty disappointing pieces of meat too. We could have bought a better cut for half the price in the grocery store. We ordered creamed spinach that looked and tasted like sautéed spinach with some milk thrown over it. It was not creamy in the slightest. It was soupy and gross. We are pretty easy going people but if we're going to drop $200+ on a meal, we expect it to be worth it. There was not one redeeming thing about this dining experience. We will never return to this restaurant.
