They were a little busy but that didn't stop them from being kind and attentive. They were also patient because it took me a while to choose what to have for breakfast. I admit it was my mistake, but nevertheless, they always had a smile.

I don’t understand why there is no consistency in the coffee made at Starbucks branches. The cappuccino we had at the branch was one of the worst I’ve ever had in my life. Not that Starbucks makes good coffee, but at least it’s tolerable.

Unprofessional Treatment of Tourists

This past weekend, during our visit to Naples, We decided to enjoy a coffee at Starbucks, trusting in the quality and good service that characterize the brand. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite.

My husband and I sat on the outdoor patio, which was completely empty, as was the inside of the establishment. Before using my vape, I made sure to check for any restrictions or a "No Smoking or Vape" sign, which was not visible. I proceeded to use it briefly, an employee informed me that it was not allowed, I immediately put it away and apologized for not asking beforehand.

However, shortly after, while my husband and I were having a pleasant conversation, another employee came outside and asked us to leave the patio, stating that since I had used the vape, we could no longer remain there. The request was made in an unfriendly manner and we were asked to leave, even though we were no longer using the vape, only enjoying our coffee and talk, and the area remained completely empty.

We understand and respect the establishment’s regulations every time we travel and visit places, but I believe the way this situation was handled was unnecessary and unpleasant. Furthermore, I think treating tourists in this manner is inappropriate and not in line with the hospitality one would expect in a popular destination like Naples. This experience left a negative impression and does not reflect the quality of service Starbucks is known for.

I hope this complaint is taken into consideration to improve customer service and prevent other visitors from experiencing a similar situation and getting more 1 star for your service at this location.

The employee is arrogant and unsuccessful. David made us wait 20 minutes to take the order. The order delivery took 40 minutes. He wrote my name as Bon. You do not meet the standards of this brand, quit this job David. Find a job that does not require customer satisfaction at home. Also, I did not ask for a sweet latte and was given a very sweet latte. I am diabetic. Why did you do this? I gave you a tip but later regretted it. I will never come to this branch again.
