I asked for light ice. I was told to order extra milk, because the cup will not be full. So I did. Seems light ice means 50% full of ice. I wonder where the extra milk that i ordered ended up. Starbucks. Do better.

My family doesn’t go to Starbucks very often. It’s generally very unhealthy however, it’s a treat. When we do, the coffee usually tastes burnt and the quality is rarely consistent. Last night we bought 5 drinks and every, darn, one of them were the ABSOLUTE BEST WE HAVE EVER HAD. Someone must have been in there sprinkling some magic crack in those coffees because never have I ever powered through a coffee quicker and then wanted more. My husband and the kids were all like, “Ohhh ma GAAWWWWD, these are just divine.” The only thing I would normally say is a complaint, is whoever put the lid on the coffee was wearing some strong perfume and it got on the lid. Whoever you are, gosh you have great taste in perfume, because it paired well with my delicious hazelnut coffee simply adding to the experience. So, I just want to say, thank you. Also, the service was kind and accurate, wonderful.

I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for over 9 years, and I have to say this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. The customer service at this location is incredibly disappointing—starting with the manager. The drinks were poorly made, and this is actually the second time I’ve had a negative experience here. After today, I won’t be returning to this location.

came down to visit from boca raton to naples stopped here to get a coffee and a quick bit for breakfast the service was the most beyond horribe starbucks i’ve ever been too!!!.. the food and coffee was also horrible as well!.. also there was a fuzzy in my breakfast sandwich how disgusting

I had a genuinely disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I came inside to place an order—just two drinks—and ended up waiting over 20 minutes with absolutely no communication or acknowledgment from the staff. No one checked in with us, no updates, no eye contact—just complete disregard. Several mobile and drive-thru orders were being made and handed out while we stood there, clearly overlooked. It felt like we were invisible. I understand being busy, but there’s no excuse for completely ignoring customers standing right in front of you. This location needs serious improvement in both organization and customer service.
They were a little busy but that didn't stop them from being kind and attentive. They were also patient because it took me a while to choose what to have for breakfast. I admit it was my mistake, but nevertheless, they always had a smile.

I don’t understand why there is no consistency in the coffee made at Starbucks branches. The cappuccino we had at the branch was one of the worst I’ve ever had in my life. Not that Starbucks makes good coffee, but at least it’s tolerable.
