the experiences here just get worse. i can feel the service getting worse every time i go. whether it’s employee service or bad quality merchandise, starbucks is falling off. i got breakfast this morning. i order a ham and swiss panini and a VENTI pink drink with NO STRAWBERRY INCLUSIONS. i pull up to the next window and i get served a grande pink drink with extra strawberries. i don’t make a big deal about it BUT then the give me my panini and i take it out to eat it and it’s the size of a hot dog. i took a pictures and i wish i could show you. genuinely hot dog width. 20 dollars for that!!! i’m not a big complaining person. i normally swallow it down and walk away. but this needs reporting. other times i’ve gone and ask for a mango dragonfruit lemonade and they give me a strawberry açaí. what is going on starbucks!

The barista’s were very kind and efficient. My coffee was super good. I also tried their new jalapeño pocket chicken pesto for such a small item. It packs flavor in every bite highly recommend it 200 cal.

Wrapping up another month in Naples and wanted to share that the mornings I was greeted by Allison, they made me smile. She is always cheery and greeting everyone, even sometimes with a little song. We will be back.

Thanks to Alex as well who was very helpful when I had one problem order! Very professional and quick to help.

Violet and Alex are absolutely phenomenal! They were made drinks and food for an army at 5:00 in the morning and were incredibly helpful and polite.

​Their smiles and professionalism were on display even at that early hour. Our orders were confirmed and correct! A massive thank you for such outstanding service!

I had a very bad experience with the drive-through. Violet provided the worst customer service I've encountered in a long time. She was somewhat rude when taking my order, but her attitude worsened with a very bad attitude when I picked up my order through the window. I believe if a team member doesn't want to work, they should be coached or let go. Associates like that don't help improve the hard work of the other team members.

Iam so dessapointed with this place and with the customer service here, I just wait 11 minutes for a simple coffe, the barista in this turn wasn't to make my coffe event thought the store is empty. I had asked to drink in not for to go so past 10 minutes they gave me a plastic cup. Them I just wait five minutes for a cup so when I ask again he doesn't realize that I still waiting so he does on very rude way pit my coffe in a cup from the last coffe from the misunderstanding plastic bottle to go. Have been to this location several times. Normally Starbucks is pretty consistent with making good coffee, regardless of the location. However, almost every time I’ve been here there has been an issue. Between the employees simply being rude, to mistakes being made with the orders themselves it is just not a location I will come back to.

Today I ordered a pumpkin spiced latte. When I got to the window, the employee was literally staring at me with a blank face; no greeting, no giving me the total, no handing me the point of sale device- nothing. Very bizarre. Then, I received the latte, but it was very poorly made. For one I don’t even know if there was coffee in it. They put a ton of syrup that was all collected at the bottom, the drink was orange, and then put a ton of nutmeg or whatever spice it is. It was in literal clumps because it was poured so heavy. I took one tiny sip and it tasted like milk, sugar and syrup. I walked in and they did remake it, however, Starbucks locations are everywhere at this point and for that reason I will take my business to another location.

I went at Starbucks today and I ordered the large lavender matcha and ham and cheese croissants and I got charged $14.65 cents that’s ridiculous and she gave me the medium size not the large that I ordered it and I told her which her name is Maria she said we reised the price this was a ripoff of!!! I called another Starbucks and I ordered the same thing and I got told that my order was $10 and 45 cents!!! This is crazy!!!
