I went at Starbucks today and I ordered the large lavender matcha and ham and cheese croissants and I got charged $14.65 cents that’s ridiculous and she gave me the medium size not the large that I ordered it and I told her which her name is Maria she said we reised the price this was a ripoff of!!! I called another Starbucks and I ordered the same thing and I got told that my order was $10 and 45 cents!!! This is crazy!!!

María was at the window and was being extremely rude. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all. She didn’t make eye contact with us once or at least smiled. Then when we tried to catch her attention she was on the head set talking. If this wasn’t near my house I wouldn’t go here

I was coming in at the last minute, I hate doing that, but I needed a frappuccino on the double! I called to make sure they were still open as it was only 9 minutes until close, she assured me as long as get there by 7pm I'm good, she attended to me right as soon as I arrived and was so pleasant! The 3 employees that I saw were all working together efficiently, and were very friendly! I didn't get her name, but she was the shorter of the 2 girls and had a drive thru headset on! Thank you for your fast and friendly service!

If Starbucks is going to limit restroom service to customers only, make sure the bathrooms are clean. I stopped for breakfast and my daughter had to use the restroom and the bathroom was disgusting! Human feces were all over the toilet and inside the toilet. There was also no soap inside of the dispenser.

Staff is always friendly, always busy too and they manage very well.

The mozzarella pesto sandwich and pistachio latte experience was very good. The blonde lady who made the coffees was very positive and smiling. I can say it is a Starbucks with good service in Naples.
