Out of any espresso drinks, cold brew, or hot drinks. What kind of store only has Frappuccinos and ice coffee.

I give William 10 stars as he was working his tail off with no help. I give this location zero stars as it was filthy. Dust an inch thick on the glass pastry case. Crumpled receipts and napkins on floor. Manager needs a refresher course in how to manage a business.

We sent it to óur nephew as a gift for first day of school, and he loved it.
Every worker has an attitude problem. Every. Time. It’s almost incredible. God forbid you try to modify your drink, you'll get dirty looks and even more attitude for making them do more work than they want to. Apparently, we should be grateful they even showed up to work at all. Not sure if they understand they have free will and no one is forcing them to be there.

Long line, the lady making the drinks has attitude and makes weird faces when you order a long drink, stick to simple drinks if you don’t want attitude I suppose. They also did not know how to redeem points for a cup so I had to pay full price. I recommend going to a regular Starbucks that actually knows what they are doing

Do yourself a favor and go to an actual Starbucks location. I have been several times and none of the times have they made the drinks correct. And the woman working the register has the customer service skills of a door knob. Every time you ask to make changes to a drink it’s as if her whole world gets rocked and can’t believe you are wanting to make a change to one of their drinks. Huge sighs and rolled eyes. If it were me I would have her work in the back. Avoid this location unless you don’t care about your money.

Long lines
Tried to get a decaf coffee and it was an issue. How a simple decaf coffee took 15 minutes is
It’s a Starbucks inside a target, if you have been to one you have been to all. It’s nice to have a drink to go walk around shopping with and the staff are nice and kind but there is no seating or anything like that and the drink options are limited.

1 worker.... You guys have 1 worker during your busiest shift. Is starbucks struggling to bring in revenue? Can you not afford another low paying wage worker?

They have no staff in place, line wrapped around the corner at 6 pm. 45 minutes and 1 worker later I get my coffee.

They consistently only have one person working in this large, busy Starbucks. It's unconscionable.

Terrible experience today around 11 am. My son got in line I went shopping. 1/2 hour later my son was still waiting. I was done shopping he was waiting with a whole lot of other people. The poor person at the register was in training and they left them all alone. They didn’t know how to make drinks only take orders and get the food. This poor young person was left with a bunch of upset customers . The manager left them all alone with no help or guidance. I sure hope they give them a raise because the way this young person handle everyone was remarkable without any experience. We finally just left because it was over an hour . We did ask for a refund but the trainee needed to get someone to do it for them and they didn’t even have a walkie talkie to reach out to someone. So many people just left after paying and not getting their drinks. This location must do better. If managers cannot find help they need to stay there and they definitely shouldn't leave an employee that hasn’t been trained fully alone. So unfair for that person to deal with such nonsense.
