I didn't tip through the drive-thru. The guy showed signs of being upset. Took a sip. Tasted funny. Had to go inside and return the drink immediately. I didn't know people felt so entitled to get a tip through a drive-thru. Starbucks, figure out how to pay your people out of a $9 drink. Being extorted is not a relaxing experience. Either way messing with a drink is never okay. I'm not going back here ever again.

This is my go to Starbucks and if I need to drive a little extra to get my coffee from here or wait additional time, I do just that. They ask me how my day is going, how I’m feeling, where I’m headed, and wish me the best for my day if it’s starting or check on me if it’s ending. Although it’s not something they’re required to do, they still choose to do it. Their attitude just makes me laugh a little more and I’m grateful for people like that not only for myself but for every customer who experiences the same. Sometimes we’re having one of those days. Kindness goes a long way. Quality is excellent as well. I know my coffee will be great here. I just love it. I love to stop by and I love to see the same faces sticking around. The manager and a relatively new face (I’m not certain on the name, I have to check) she has curly back hair. So sweet. Just some people that stood out recently but in general I truly have an amazing experience with everybody.

Love the store. The employees are great and most of the time I get what I want. Once in a while I have to order something else but I like trying different things and this gives me the chance to.
15 cars in the drive through and dozen people in lobby on A Sunday afternoon at 2pm . We’re still 2 months out from peak season. Naples seems like a valuable consistent market to do business in but way underserved with locations. I work most every day of the week and just don’t have an extra half hour to wait for a Latte’ so I’ll be back around in June when the floor traffic dies down. Maybe corporate should consider opening more locations to serve the Naples consumer. All the best

It took 18 mins from the time I ordered my coffee at the counter to the time it was ready. Not ok. It wasn’t the workers, they were working fast.
Whenever I pass by this Starbucks, I always order the spinach feta wraps for myself and my mother, and the taste and quality never disappoint; but even better than the food is the customer service of one of their employees, Emily! She is one of the kindest, sweetest, most compassionate and hard working employees that I have ever witnessed! I normally go through the drive through but it has been busy lately so I opt to park and place my order inside to get on with my day. Once you walk inside and see the level of love, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence that Emily provides, you can't help but feel in awe at the level professionalism that is being rendered by this single employee. She compliments and greets everyone that comes in through the door, while moving at a blurring pace and making sure that everyones orders are taken care of perfectly and meticulously along with her hardworking crew members. Emily is the epitome of a hardworking and humble employee who deserves the highest level of success and possibilities that any company can endow onto an employee! Her innate aptitude for work mixed with her genuine care and love are what keep patrons, such as myself, yearning to come back to Starbucks for more!

It was great. Would come back. Service was great and they did not make any mistakes with our pastries. The coffee also came out nice and hot and did not taste stale at all. Stop being so cranky about the service when it’s not the Starbucks it’s the people that come in to criticize every little thing they can.
