Confusing Starbucks recent experience with large girl named Zoe was so rude I wanted to cancel order. Not going back.

I Ordered mobile order 4:16pm the mobile app said ready by 4-7 minutes. So I went in and wait at 4:20pm so I went sit down and wait another 10 minutes. At 4:30 I asked if my drink started yet? At the end my drink was ready at 4:33pm. Total I’ve waited 17 minutes. This was the slowest of the day at Starbucks but I still have to wait 17 minutes. This place is terrible management!! The is the Worst Starbucks in Naples!!

I used to strongly dislike going to this Starbucks as it would often regularly take upwards of 20-25 minutes in the drive-thru. I have left their line several times due to time constraints, however they are the most conveniently located one for me to visit. Since they closed down and reopened it has been like a totally different store. The staff is friendly and on top of it! There's been such a huge difference in service over the last several months.
As others mentioned, keep your windows up if you're adverse to bees. There are a lot of them nearby.

Really bad service I won’t comeback here anymore , an hour waiting on the drive thru and my 3 drinks were wrong I paid over 30 dollars for 3 drinks and one sandwich and all the drinks were totally wrong this is unacceptable NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS

Oh my gosh, it took me almost 1 hour. I request a drink with extra fruit. They never put the extra fruit in it and I was for like an hour on the drive through. This is not good. Not a good business for people that needs to go early in a rush to the job, especially with this traffic Really disappointed

hands down best starbucks in the north naples area. most amazing drink and fastest service i’ve experienced considering its high season and red cup day (everyone seems to show up this day) very busy but had my order in my hands after maybe 5 min of waiting.

Ordered an online pickup at 10:15, when the app told me my order was ready, i went to pick it up. One drink was missing- no problem maybe they’re still working on it. Stood there for about 14 minutes, noticed they’re making other drinks for mobile pickup the time on their cup is 10:25. No one comes up to say anything, they’re probably busy … okay. So i go to the front counter, wait in line and told her I’m missing my drink, the lady was nice but told me “oh we’re out of raspberry” um okay don’t you think someone would’ve told me?? It’s 10:45 and I’m still here. I work in the service industry, I understand things happen but the workers at this point are just cleaning up and are not busy yet have zero customer service
Not my favortie drip coffee always taste burnt compared to D&D. However I do like the morning buns warmed up and black and white mocha hot

The most amazing experience I’ve ever had at any Starbucks! Whoever was working the drive-thru window on Sunday, October 12th around 11:30 AM was an absolute gem. She was so kind, funny, and completely turned my whole day around. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of her alone!

Went through the drive-through on Tuesday, September 23. Jaiden and Mia were absolutely fantastic. Very professional, but also bubbly and kind and made the entire experience a true pleasure. We ordered three drinks and three bakery items. They all came out perfect and were delivered with a smile. Starbucks is truly lucky to have two individuals who actually enjoy their job and put pride into their work. Don’t let those two go they are a true Gem.

Visited this location on a Thursday around 5:30pm. Busy through drive through but I side was very quiet. Only 3 other customers and 2 had been served already. There were two Baristas working. The making drinks for drive through never acknowledged me. And the other that eventually came to take my order acted like he barely wanted to speak to me but had a pleasant smile and demeanor for the customer who came after me. I waited awhile for my beverage and no apologies for the wait time (16mins)..ordered at 5:29pm recv'd at 5:45pm. Disappointed in the lack luster service. Maybe I should have gone through drive through 🤷🏽♀️
