I went to Starbucks on a very busy day and ordered a drink it came out amazing but I had a very special request at the window I told the man that I had just found out my girlfriend was pregnant and we had the gender in an envelope he took the time and let me ask him if he could make a special drink either pink or blue for the baby not only did he let me get the special drink for free he threw in 2 PINK!! Cake pops making our experience so much batter I’m so happy to be having a girl and I’m so happy the man could do that for us he’s an amazing person I will definitely go back looking for him 10000/10 experience

Starbucks almost never disappoints, but the thing that pushed this review to 5 stars was the service from Jenna. Not only did she make my Grande-Vanilla-Sweet-Cream-Cold-Brew to perfection, but in the brief interaction where she handed it to me I could tell she truly loves her job and the customers. Taking 15 seconds to chat with me where other baristas wouldn’t. It’s little things like this that make my day. I will be back and hope to see her in there! Jenna, if you see this you made my day!

Hi, the dude on the drive through taking orders this morning? He ain’t it. Poor thing. No “Hello!” No “Thanks”, No “What would you like today.” He just stared down at the lil tablet thing. I had to ask, “Are you ready for me? Did you get that? Are you there Sir?” I had to say, “I hope your day gets better young Man. Thank YOU for taking my order.” Sheesh! He should go on fries or something. But anyways, Happy Spring! 🙂

Always friendly and fast, despite the never ending lines.
This is not a review on the product(s), but for the employees. The manager - Jason - often berates and disrespects his employees, verbally harasses them causing them to be visibly uncomfortable. He does not treat his employees equally, and I've seen him get too close to some of the female employees by touching them inappropriately. The employees aren't even comfortable working there when he is present, and his management style should undergo IMMEDIATE investigation. This causes for an unpleasant experience because if the employees are on edge because of him, they won't provide the excellent customer service that the Starbucks brand so proudly represents! This IS a place of BUSINESS, after all!!!
My visits have been pleasant in service, whether calm or crazy. Your sandwiches, sweet breads, your egg dishes, and the beverages both served hot as well as cold are ordered without hesitation. However, due to traffic, the cleanliness of floors and service counters and tables are difficult to avoid spills and debris that customers are inconsiderate as well the customers occupying occupying tables for hours as an office desk nursing purchases when you might have more traffic at your counter purchasing what you are known to offer.

Idk why there aren’t tables and chairs at the Target location, like the ones located in other states at Target. I am surprised that there are not many stores in this area.
