Ive honestly never write a review about any place my sister she’s apart of the rewards program she’s there constantly and the one day i go with her to a different location a guy who took our order his name was shane i believe, was passive aggressive and wasnt friendly like he hated his job maybe he needs a raise? or he’s going through something? im not sure what’s going on but when we had asked him a question he responded passive aggressively and with sarcasm i don’t know if this is how the owners or maybe mangers are now training them might i add he was a “supervisor” i believe after then as if we we’re supposed to know the answer what had asked him he didn’t even know if they had a sandwich in stock??! honestly the whole experience was so awkward definitely gonna stick to the usually location we tend to do to!

A good amount of people come here and it's easy to see why. The staff were friendly and the food was good! I really like the design of the place. Over all, amazing Starbucks. :)
I had the worst customer service with a lot of attitude and 0 respect, as a customer is very frustrating, I go there almost everyday and for the money you pay and the service you get doesn’t worth I guess time to go somewhere else

Starbucks of the Shoppes at Vanderbilt features one of the most comfiest and well designed interiors in any Starbucks jn Naples. They also have 3 bars, allowing their service to be fast and efficient. I assume the drive thru is very fast because of this. I had a very delicious and scrumptious Honey Citrus Mint Tea here. Overall, I recommend this Starbucks as it’s one of the most efficient in Naples.
