Howwww can I leave a 10 star on this thing? Seriously, my husband and I drive to the side of town on the weekends to go boating, and this is the ONLY Starbucks in the Naples area that does not disappoint. The drinks are always perfect, the food is heated all the way And the service is always so nice. Anyway we can make the others match up?

Ordered a cappuccino and half the cup was empty! Most of the drink was just pure foam. This was very disheartening especially considering we were taking a long road trip and have been driving for hours.

The kindest and most accommodating staff of any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Was warmly and intentionally greeted by everyone behind the counter. We didn’t want to leave. I wish I could give more stars.

Great service and employees do a great job considering all of the long lines

Conveniently situated off Collier Boulevard in Naples, Florida, this Starbucks location provides ample seating both indoors and outdoors. Customers can also take advantage of the drive-thru. While the mornings can be quite busy, it may be preferable to go inside and be served. Though parking can be limited, a little patience is rewarded with an extremely friendly staff.

This Starbucks location is constantly out of all supplies. They never have anything when you come to order a coffee or a latte. It’s sad such a big company with so much money cannot even function correctly.

I am writing this review express my concern regarding the quality of drinks at your location. Recently, I have noticed a significant decline in the taste and consistency of the beverages.

It seems there might be a lack of adherence to the standard measurements for ingredients, resulting in drinks that are not up to the usual Starbucks standard. The ingredients appear to be haphazardly mixed, which affects the overall flavor and experience. Given the premium pricing of Starbucks beverages, I believe it is reasonable to expect a consistent and high-quality product.

I kindly request that you review the preparation process and ensure that the staff follows the precise measurements for each drink. As a loyal customer, I would prefer not to have to travel to another location to enjoy my favorite beverages.
