This particular location is the BEST! Drive-Thru service was VIP!!!!!!! Our drinks were awesome as well! I LOVE the new Spicy Lemonades and the Spinach Feta Egg White Wraps that they now have! The KICK? Wow! Girls in there that serviced me were cute too!??❤️?

Low vibe and little customer interaction. It wasn't exceptionally busy inside or at the drive thru but the drink orders were backed up without acknowledgment. No smiles, minimal eye contact. May have been understaffed, but disappointing nonetheless. Any greeting would have been a boost.The drink turned out great though!

I work nearby at a busy establishment and it’s extremely important to have my online orders ready for pickup when I get there. This store and crew never fails. Always ready and made to my specifications. It also brings a smile to my face to get greeted in unison by the entire staff, the second I walk through the door. No better way to start the day, than at Starbucks in Freedom Square.

they forgot about my order and others orders, they were out of most of the items, the place was dirty and the garbage was overflowing. the people there were very slow and didn’t seem to particularly care for our order.
