Iv been to this Starbucks a few times again today every employee acts like your a burden Dosent greet you Dosent say thank you they took about 10 minutes with no one else in the line to make two simple cold coffees the girl was dancing around and they were all talking to each other and ignoring us. We said have a good day no one even looked up or acknowledged the owner should be ashamed manage your business Wow
I stopped going to a Starbucks near my job that I been going to every day on my lunch break for over a year when the lockdowns started.
I sent back my Frappuccino and I watched the girl dump my coffee I sent back into the blender to reuse the coffee that I sent back.
I said "did you just put my coffee in the blender, the blender that you do not wash and sterilize in between customers.
