The staff are exceptionally nice and were very helpful to us. My brother-in-law was a regular patron and recently passed away. The staff knew him and even remembered his usual order! We were happy to know he had such a nice place to enjoy his favorite coffee.

Bad place to sit and work. The store is freezing. If you ask them to turn up the A/C, they claim there's nothing they can do about it. It's unfortunate, as the store itself is quite nice, and it doesn't seem to get much traffic--perhaps they would get more if it were more comfortable inside.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years, and the customer service has always been outstanding. The staff is consistently polite, efficient, and genuinely happy to be there. They greet every customer with care and kindness, making each visit a pleasant experience.
Today (7/15/25) around 10:25 AM, I had a great interaction with the barista at register one (I didn’t catch her name, unfortunately). She went above and beyond when I mentioned that a drink my friend picked up for me from another store was made with the wrong milk. Without hesitation, she kindly replaced it free of charge.
That level of customer care is exactly why this store continues to stand out. It’s that consistency and attention to the customer experience that keeps me coming back. Highly recommend this location

I just started coming to this store because it's convenient in location. Every time I do, I have an unpleasant experience, particularly with one barista - Angie. Firstly, she is EXTREMELY rude and unnecessarily aggressive. She has berated and yelled at me SEVERAL times for no reason at all, other than her own poor attitude problem. Knowing that I never cause issues, I've given her no reason to behave that way towards me. She speaks to me like I'm an infant, and it's horribly demeaning, and off-putting. I don't come here to be mistreated, ESPECIALLY when I take time to give tips. This has made my overall customer experience daunting and uncomfortable whenever I see her and try to avoid her at ALL costs. She needs to be properly trained in customer service because she is the rudest barista in the store, with the nastiest, most disgusting attitude. And if she's in a supervisory role - which I believe she is - that makes her behavior all the WORSE.
At the very least, my coffee and pastry were tasty. Thank YOU, to the baristas who are ACTUALLY courteous, kind, and RESPECTFUL. Hopefully, they don't mirror Angie's deplorable behavior.
