I had a pumpkin spice cold brew really enjoyed the cold brew had my wife try it. She also enjoyed. It went through drive-through. The young lady was really nice. I paid cash and they quickly helped me.

They are not friendly they ignored me for 3 mins.. they literally ignored me no one acknowledged my presence.. they looked me in my eyes which is weird.

Der “Wertzeit” Tester

A caffeine quest with mild disappointment.

The drinks were fine, the vibes okay, but the service? Meh. Staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than serving customers. No catastrophe, just not the warm Starbucks magic you’d hope for. If you’re desperate for coffee, it’ll do – just don’t expect a heroic barista adventure.

Bizarre behavior barista today. It seems she’s wanting to stir up drama with her drinks.
We always order “light ice” and have never had an issue… this barista made it seem like it was the most ridiculous of requests. I asked if she could just remove some ice, but she wanted to instead waste resources & have us wait longer to have her remake them. She clearly was trying to get me worked up & I wasn’t going to let her play me like that. I just took the drinks as is & dumped her copious amount of “light ice” in the parking lot. 👋✌️
Look at all that ice & “foam” on top. There literally is not much to this drink. We won’t be back.
