Starbucks inside Coastland Center mall in Naples stands out as one of the nicer locations I’ve visited in the area. The setup is really well done and feels more polished than your typical Starbucks. You know what you’re getting with Starbucks since they’ve systemized everything so well, and this location delivers that same consistent quality you expect. Everything tasted great and hit the mark.
The service was polite and efficient, plus there wasn’t any wait time which was a nice bonus during my visit. The location itself benefits from being in the mall, so it’s convenient if you’re already shopping or need a quick caffeine fix.
If you’re at Coastland Center, it’s definitely worth stopping by. While it’s still Starbucks at the end of the day, this particular location does it right and makes for a solid coffee stop in Naples.

Poor service and attitude. Got the FU look from a barista when they served drinks to two other parties who were behind us in line and I asked about mine. They were slow, so sure about the attitude. We had to take a drink back because it was nasty. 3 drinks and one slice of bread = $23.

Horrible customer service by a person named Ava, who claims that she is the owner of this Starbucks. After reaching out to corporate I found out she’s not. She did however fraudulently charge my card for a drink I never received after I got my refund. Very passive aggressive and won’t be coming back here. She represents the company horribly and should be fired. If you read other 1 star reviews you’ll see she comes up in all of them just not by name because she doesn’t wear a name tag but is a fake blonde with fake contacts in. She’s heavy set and seems to struggle to move around. I recommend she join a fitness facility to combat this. This is a franchise location owned by a company called Matt Ventures and they seem to be okay with her behavior.

This Starbucks is located inside Coastland Center Mall in Naples, Florida. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Its is your typical Starbucks with all the beverage choices. The store is well kept and clean with seating inside. Try the Chai Tea or the new Lavender Matcha.
