Ordered two drinks , 1 drink came up and waited for approx 10 min for second . Customers came in behind us and received orders. After approx 15 mins I asked to cancel the order. They explained the order got caught up with mobile orders snd counter orders. Was told she didn’t have time to cancel order and I needed to wait. So you want me to wait another 15 mins for that… why continue to take orders if you can’t catch up. Simple refund would have nice. Hope someone enjoys free drink

These people need to learn how to make a salted caramel cream cold brew this just looks like an ice coffee and tastes nasty. There’s no cold foam at all

Apparently I entered too close to closing. They were grumpy. As I'm diabetic, I ordered a Caramelo Macchiato sugar free. When I got home I had a major hot flash from an influx of sugar. I was not happy! I could have ended up in the hospital. So my experience was a little unique, but they must learn that sugar-free must be carefully fulfilled or we can go into a diabetic coma. It put me to sleep (coma?) IMHO, their coffee is bitter and I can't taste the Caramel. I wish Starbucks would make sugar-free Caramelo Macchiato to sell in grocery stores.
Dietary restrictions: As I stated above, I'm diabetic. It was 10 minutes to closing. I asked for sugar-free Caramelo Macchiato. When I got home, a had a large hot flash & then fell asleep for 1/2 hour. I may have experienced a diabetic coma. I'll run it by my doctor. I have not gone back in over a year. I make all my coffee at home now with sugar-free creamers. I know it's safe to drink.
REVIEW FOR WEEKENEND VISIT ONLY!This is the best location in Naples, hands down, except on the weekend... We have experienced a pattern; if the black apron wearing Leslie is working, the quality goes down. (I don't like to throw people under the bus but this is the pattern I have experienced) Any iced drink will be OVERFLOWING with ice! And ALL orders are rushed. They have plenty of team members to cover the shift so it seems to me that whoever the shift "manager" is on the weekend, they push the team to water down drinks and rush everything. Our drinks are ALWAYS much better on weekdays when we visit and the overall energy here is more positive.

Today i went to buy a coffee & bagel & the server was very disrespectful when i ask her to put less coffe she fill it up to the lit & when i went to drink it got on me because she didnt put the lit tight & on right & also if they cannot speak to customer with respect they gey none back worse starbuck i been to .
