I was there this morning to pick up my mobile order which I placed on 8:50am I got there 9am, my food is ready then I been told my drink is being working on, I saw my drink sticker is already hang on there, I thought it wouldn’t take too long, I waited, then this happened I saw barista skipped mine to keeping finish other orders coming after me, I waited almost 15mins, my patience was running out, so I asked her, then she told me she is doing it, she could been done this sooner till I asked, also the drink is not made the way I want it, apparently she does not know how to make it so she choose to keep skip my drink, I was in rush so I didn’t get chance to ask her name, again I will never go back here ever, waste money waste time.

There is a new lady in drive thru in the afternoons. Now there is ALWAYS a line and she still doesn't have the hang of things after weeks. Please take her OUT OF DRIVE THRU!

This is the worst drive-thru. It took 30 minutes for our order, which was iced coffee and regular brewed coffee. We asked for cream in the coffee and they literally gave us milk. Who even brings out coffee that looks like this to a customer?

So I went through the drive thru this past Friday evening around 6:30 pm as I have many times before at the Radio Rd. And Santa Barbara location, the employee working at the window was not only very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional in his conduct with a customer, but he had a horrible attitude that does not belong anywhere in the service industry. It's a great location and always enjoyed my time here when visiting, but this last experience there really tarnished it. The Manager of this location should really address this.

Honestly just annoying that I come here for a treat to pay $15 for a drink and a grilled cheese and they can’t even make the drink correctly, the gingerbread oat milk chai had no cold foam on it as advertised. Also asked for a water for my child and never got that.

This freshly brewed coffee tastes worse than it looks. The staff was nice though. I don't think I'll be going back to Starbucks for coffee anytime soon.
P.S: Thanks for the offer, I'm good. I hope you improve your coffee.

Very slow service. You get completely ignored by the staff. Simply asked for a cup carrier and the gentleman working at the counter looked straight at me while asking for it, then proceeded to turn around and carry on with the next order and completely ignored the fact that I was waiting for that simple item.

Ordered online, sat in drive thru line 20 plus minutes, and my coffee was missing the pumpkin. Spice topping that I paid extra for... the coffee didn't even have a pumpkin taste very disappointed

My experience is horrible, I have been waiting for my coffee for 30 minutes and it is not ready yet and 3 people have arrived after me and they have already given their order because it seems that a thin girl who speaks Spanish has some relationship with the customers, I do not recommend it, it is terrible. service

I usually go here on the regular, but this time I was disappointed. I had ordered a Mango Dragonfruit with no toppings (which means my drink should be clear, without the bits of fruit and color) with water. The next thing I know I am at the drive thru being handed a mango dragonfruit with coldfoam, and toppings. I’m not one to complain, but how does this happen? One second the barista has a normal dragonfruit in their hand, and next I’m being handed one with coldfoam.
