Surprised for a Starbucks! The coffee was ok, a little watered down. And the person at the drive-through, Debi was pretty rude. Glad she took time from her conversation to angrily help me with a coffee. Customer service has gone downhill.

Expecting customers to wait 30+ minutes for a drink is excessive but the least they can do is make our drinks correctly. Everyone always has an attitude problem regardless of how patient or courteous you are with them. I’ll never understand why people insist on getting a job working with the public when they lack the most basic requirement for human interaction, which is kindness.

Today I had the worst matcha latte I've ever had in my life, it was so bitter, like having a straight spoon of matcha powder, I had to fix it adding half a bottle of water and a lot of sugar and I'm not exaggerating. I'm done ordering from Starbucks, the last few times I've ordered coffee and it always tastes burned and dissapointing. The cake pops are fine.

Terrible customer service. They take a long time to deliver the order, and on top of that, they make the wrong order. I don't like the customer service staff. (But the food is delicious.)

Just left the drive through. Latte was quarter liquid 75% foam. Asked them to add more liquid, they basically returned the same thing to my girlfriend.

I got an iced latte and it tasted horrible. I thought the coffee was perhaps burnt, went home to fix both of our orders ourselves (after $11 bill) and then found whole coffee beans in my drink!!

Would be nice if they actually put someone who cared and/or knew what they were doing behind the counter.

Next time I’ll make my own iced coffee and latte using products from the super market. 🤷‍♂️

I was there this morning to pick up my mobile order which I placed on 8:50am I got there 9am, my food is ready then I been told my drink is being working on, I saw my drink sticker is already hang on there, I thought it wouldn’t take too long, I waited, then this happened I saw barista skipped mine to keeping finish other orders coming after me, I waited almost 15mins, my patience was running out, so I asked her, then she told me she is doing it, she could been done this sooner till I asked, also the drink is not made the way I want it, apparently she does not know how to make it so she choose to keep skip my drink, I was in rush so I didn’t get chance to ask her name, again I will never go back here ever, waste money waste time.
