Amanda was the most rude person I've encounter, wouldn't give the the order I went to pick up even tho the order was ready, only needed to get bagged, making their actual customer wait longer than needed. After telling her the order was ready right behind her, she said "this delivery guys are so annoying" 👎

Worst coffee joint i’ve ever seen. disfunctional, disrespectful, very rude, very short and would not even give me an extra cup because my coffee was hot, instead they threw me an oversized sleeve. extremely unprofessional everyone should be reviewed and have some quiet time and reflect upon their attitudes. you can’t take out your anger on customers collect yourself and try and to be positive

Most disorganized Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Service is horrible. You can clearly tell they are disorganized and don’t know what they’re doing. Even found a nice surprise of a long hair in my coffee when I went to drink it. I’ll never come back to this Starbucks. It was truly disappointing.

I haven't been back to this Starbucks in a while because it's always terrible and I thought it'd try it again. There was a blonde barista that remade my drink because it tasted and looked wrong and once she remade it she rudely said it looks the same. Definitely will not be back. Someone is rude to me every time I go in there. I have already contacted customer service in response to this.

I went to this Starbucks in morning (12.26.24) on the way to urgent care with my son who was not feeling well. The plan was to grab a coffee for me and breakfast for both, since he we knew we would spend hours in the clinic.
Inside Starbucks was a chaos. Fully staffed, yet the orders were not happening the way they should. Staff looked like ill-prepared theatre actors. The first red flag for me was a female customer who asked the cashier where her order was. After a minute back and forth between the two, the customer got fed up and left the store, visibly without her order. As I was waiting, other people were asking about their orders but I did not pay much attention.

One of my "sandwitches" came about 15min after I ordered it and I discovered it was a wrong item inside. The second one didn't even come. I told the woman at the registry (I believe her hame was Deborah) that I have been waiting for a long time, and not only my order was late, but it was also different from what I ordered.
What I got in response was just a blank stare. Not even a slightest attempt to appologize or attempt to make it right by expediting the order.
I told Deborah to give my order to someone else when it's finally ready, and then I left.
I went down the street to another coffee and sandwich place (less staff and no chaos) and got my order very quickly.

If I could, I would not give even one star for the "service" I received today. Whatever the problem of this place is, they have to fix it.
It is not customer's fault for whatever they are going through.

The service of most of the morning shift workers is very bad, some of the women are often very rude. They are not friendly at all, it seems like they don't know what customer service is. The one that was friendlier was moved to another store.
