Such a sad place. No smiles. No happiness. Rolling eyes from gothic girl. Dont ask for your order even if you see its ready. Please quit your job if you cant be kind or nice. No customers should have to endure your sourpusses! Overpriced everything. Sobbery at its best.

So A Saturday morning trip to Starbucks sounds great right? You would think so.. The moment I walked into the store and up to the register, all three employees were upset and talking to each other about how they were not staying later for their shift and that their labor was being exploited. They were upset that they had to open and that no one was coming to relieve them. They thought that they were being abused.Ok, so you are at work. Keep that conversation outside. The negative energy really put a damper on my visit. They were not friendly at all and very stand offish, especially the one with the glasses. My coffee tasted pretty good, so I was at least happy about that.

Manager of this place should be fired asap! Came to get croissant , raspberry crown and coffee at 11.30 am on Wednesday and they are giving yesterday’s pastries hard as rock and cold of course!! Barista explained first come first serve of yesterdays croissant, are you kidding me?? What a chance!! In a normal world bakery is the freshest each morning, the earlier you come the fresher you get!!

The morning team is the best....when I see Aymee at the window I know I'm getting to work on time no matter how long the line is. She really moves the line along, she always asks me if I want to use points, and informs me of promotions....I really feel like she would make a great manager. Always pleasant and kind and efficient.
