Food is decent, burgers are ok. If you walk inside and option to dine in, service is nonexistent! Soda machine was not having a coke, lemonade?! Trying to get a drink and later a refill, no one is at the counter. A few customers yelled at the drive through crew in order to get some service. A young guy with a chef's hat comes out with zero personality and dissappears for a while. Then, he comes back with refills, zero communication, like a zombie. Overall, if you use a drive through order, you might get lucky. Stay away from dining in at Steak and Shake of Naples!!! Terrible experience.

A St. Louis staple. Brings me back to my childhood. The original “smash” burger.the best skinny fries, now fried in beef tallow and you have to try the chili Mac! Also, the best deal in town!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE Ashley White was very rude and the black lady I believe her name is Kelsi was rude as well . If you don’t want to take care and be nice with the customer just quit the job and let someone who actually enjoys working there. These people are miserable hate their Job and want to take it on the customers. If you want to have a horrible experience and have your day ruined while you trying to enjoying with your family then I Highly recommend this place to you I guarantee you will get that . If you want to avoid this just don’t go there .

I’ve been coming to this location since I was in high school, although times have changed and they’ve gone a little more digital the service is still 10/10. We were immediately greeted and asked if we needed help using the new kiosk/ipad ordering system. Food was delivered quickly & our shakes were served in the classic frozen glass cups so they were kept perfectly cold. The burgers are so fresh and delicious. Along side with the incredible beef tallow fries!! So so good!

I'm 7 months in to the carnivore diet and had never eaten at Steak and Shake in my life until about 2 weeks ago. I ordered the triple steak burger with nothing but cheese and bacon. It is truly the most enjoyment I've had eating anything over the past 7 months of eating carnivore. I went back and ordered it 2 more times over the course of a few days because it was SSOOOOO DELICIOUS!
Last night I was at another burger chain with my kids and their friends and ordered a couple of beef patties with bacon and cheese. It tasted like dog food compared to Steak and Shake.
Highly recommend Steak and Shake for carnivore eaters looking for a delicious and affordable meal on the go.
