This was my second time there never again . I asked them to toast my bagel got it outside it was not toasted twice this happened there more concerned about the tip they want than to give you want you ordered plus it’s way more ver priced

I came to visit from New York

The business name is “straight from New York” but they don’t have vinegar which is a New York classic ingredient for a bacon egg and cheese (salt pepper ketchup with vinegar) you can’t name your business name like that if you’re not respecting our culture.

Great outdoor seating though.

Honestly, very disheartening. My husband drove an hr to get a dozen bagels. He brought them home and they were rock hard. I called and spoke to a woman who said ma’am , our bagels are hard especially pumpernickel and everything. I said they are inedible hard like they were left over stale from yesterday. She said no we make our bagels daily .. what would you like ? I said how about money back or make a fresh batch and she said we make them fresh so they will still be hard. I don’t think this is right or fair.. when we lived in Naples, it was our first go to place. Now, we are extremely upset. I offered to return so she can feel herself and she just kept saying the bagels are hard.. very frustrating after paying $30 and I’m even more upset I have to write this review.

Wait time is exsessive and food quality is not good. There are 6 staff persons but food service is very slow (waited for over 20 minutes to toast two bagels). Panera bagels across the road are better quality and quckier service too.

FANTASTIC! Found this by chance when looking for coffee driving to visit family. I am SO glad I made the detour. Easy to find and delicious. We went on a Sunday morning and it was quite busy. But the Jalapeño Cheddar bagel with egg and cheese was soooo worth the wait! Got a good cold brew to go with it and a muffin for the kids. If I make it back to Naples… you’re on my list! If not… maybe I can get them to mail me some… 🤔
