There was no lin kuei

It is spectacular to see the preparation of the ice cream. The place is nice and the ice creams are delicious.

Went here with my boyfriend after hours of practicing tennis. Literally cooled us down immediately, was so refreshing, and the workers were very nice. Great place and the Peanut Butter Bonds pick out of the sensation flavors is to die for. Lovely spot for date night or otherwise. <3 <3

Awesome watching the ice cream being made with the liquid nitrogen freezing the ingredients. Kids love this place. Great experience, but you'll get better ice cream elsewhere.

So me and my kids just came from a concert and were hungry so we saw this place looked at some reviews and thought it will be really cool. As soon as we stepped inside it was so cold so we ordered then we saw it being made it was so cool. The only bad part was that the ice cream had no flavor

I suggest going for the experience. Pretty cool to watch the process and I appreciate the variety of options. Service was alright, nothing great but nothing terrible. Ice cream itself was yummy, a little different textured maybe but still really good.

Concept très original, Nitrogen Ice Cream, glace à l'azote... avec beaucoup de choix, sans lactose, dairy free, sans gluten.... Et bien plus...Cependant les ingredients ne sont pas de bonne qualité, du coup, je n'ai pas du tout aimé la saveur de la glace...Conclusion : très cher pour payer un concept...J'ai adoré la découverte mais je ne reviendrai pas.

Came in before 10PM (the time in which the sign on the window says they close) and was turned away as they refused to serve me even after kindly pleading for them to just take me as their last customer. I was sent out empty handed along with the 3 other people behind me. There were still customers in there and they weren’t even closed, I don’t feel as though I should be forced to beg to spend money in a business and if they want to close early just change the posted closing time on the sign. The indifferent attitude is sincerely asinine and as someone who works in the industry it’s quite frankly appalling to see the poor customer service in action. I’m not a Karen by any stretch of the imagination but I just feel the management should change their posted hours if the staff isn’t feeling up to doing their job. Seriously, just quit your job if you don’t like doing it and stop making your laziness other people’s problem.
