Amazing ice cream and experience!!! 10/10 recommend, will be back.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

This was hands down the worst ice cream experience of my life. I went to SubZero thinking I was about to get some awesome ice cream like usual..instead I got a sloppy, ugly mess that tasted like straight flavored milk. Not ice cream. Not even close. Just cold, overpriced chocolate milk pretending to be dessert. When I went back to get a refund (because obviously I wasn’t about to choke down a $12 SMALL CUP of sad, melted disappointment), the guy tells me he can’t refund it because “his manager locked the drawer.” Excuse me?? If you’re running a business, you should be able to refund a customer who’s clearly unhappy with the product. That’s basic customer service. He then offered to remake it… and somehow made it even worse. None of the toppings or mix-ins that were originally included either. Just plain chocolate ice cream, which again tasted like flavored milk. Then he literally said, “If she doesn’t like this, there’s nothing else I can do.” Nothing else??? This place needs help BAD. Overpriced. Terrible service. Zero quality. Zero effort. Zero customer care. Never again.

You order the flavors, creamy, mix-ins to create your own ice cream flavor and then they freeze it. It is so cool to watch and it tastes so good. So fun with the whole experience, my family enjoys it so much.

We brought my mom in for her 80th birthday. She has black raspberry, my son had dulce de leche with Expresso. My daughter and I split a mint and brownie low fat. First time in, rally was good.

Went there with niece today and I must say. Worth the wait of it carefully being made! Softest and tasteful ice cream I’ve ever had, also noticed it doesn’t melt as fast as non-nitrogen ice cream. 🍦 Niece wants to go back again on a niece and aunt day 😆 I wish I’d of taken more photos. The ambience is scientifically cute, and there’s the cutest table in the center specially made for little humans (the kiddos).

This was really cool to see the nitro breath , it really makes the children excited to try it. I ordered the Italian ice and it's actually good. I recommend this place 👌

They came to our school Murdock middle school and made ice cream for us and it was super delicious

We all had different flavors but you can’t go wrong with what you choose as it is all delicious, and a unique experience to watch. Will go back again for sure!!

Should of listed closed on your website!! Drove here, left work to bring my granddaughter and they are closed! Nitro truck, carbonized was here unloading. So frustrated. We have the internet why?

There was no lin kuei

It is spectacular to see the preparation of the ice cream. The place is nice and the ice creams are delicious.

Went here with my boyfriend after hours of practicing tennis. Literally cooled us down immediately, was so refreshing, and the workers were very nice. Great place and the Peanut Butter Bonds pick out of the sensation flavors is to die for. Lovely spot for date night or otherwise. <3 <3
