One hard working employee! Full line of people. He’s moving so fast that he’s making mistakes on my good. He put Swiss instead of pepper jack after I said it twice. He the later on put parmesan on my sandwich when I asked for sat and pepper. What Mine was no good. Mine was good. $10.29 for a sandwich which was not what I communicated to the guy. Ultimately manager should have more then one guy working so customers order are Fulfilled correctly. I left no tip!!!

They are aggressive and mistreat people. They keep the place unattended and get in a bad mood when you ask them to attend to their work. Apparently they look like they're high.

Don't remember ever filling out an application for subway but you'd think I did after an employee told me to answer their phone while he made my sandwich. Kindly, maybe don't hire people that can't properly speak English to the point where they're asking customers to do their job for them because they can't communicate properly. Service overall was very strange and off putting.... won't be coming back.

Ordered a sandwich for delivery, veggie asked for extra lettuce, cheese, cucumber, tomato, banana peppers, pickles and olives. Came with no lettuce, 2 cucumbers, 1 banana pepper, 3 pickles and the cheese was burnt. Tried to get a refund and was refused.

The staff did not speak English well and so taking our order was difficult and slow. They were not as professional and friendly as they should be. We were very disappointed with the overall experience.

People leaving bad reviews must not get subway 3-4 times a week like our family. This guy working day shift always does the best. My wife is super picky about her subs. She's a veggie sub but likes fresh veggies and soft fresh bread. This guy never disappoints he pulled out a fresh bag of lettuce for us and my wife's response is priceless. Thanks guys. Give this guy a raise! "Best Subway to exist"

Bro one of the workers called me cute after I told him my age (Im a minor), he also proceeded to ask for my brothers age, and where i work. Whilst we were at the check out he kept touching and rubbed my hand twice and would not let go. Bro subway yall need to shut down this place and watch who you guys hire.

This is a franchise store that does not take coupons or gift cards. When asked to put spinach the guy picked it up and then put it back in the container rather than the sandwich. Asked for toasted and they put it in the oven but my sandwich did not look, feel, or taste toasted at all; guessing they turn down the heat to save power. The server also made a remark about my friend being bald as a joke. Just not impressed at all. Go elsewhere.

Excellent service by the Sandwich artist, I went today June 1 at 7:50 pm with my husband and my daughter and we were attended by the most special person, human, generous and with a beautiful human quality, I wish all the places we visited we met people like that, I do not know what his name is but I wish you always go very well in your life!!!! Blessings ....

My experience has been the best, I went with my parents around 7:30 pm and the sandwich artist who served us was wonderful, his attitude was incredible and the truth is that I have never felt like this anywhere here in Naples
