Ordered online 45 minutes before pickup.. got there and there isn't a mobile pickup and nothing was made. Workers were clueless until the found my receipt.. toaster has been broken for over a month. Subway should just shut this place down.
Ordered food from this location yesterday and both my husband and I got a stomachache. I guess these people have poor hygiene.

The girls serving were horrible, they laughed and cracked jokes with each other the entire time. One of the girls was on the phone talking loud while trying to take orders. Both were super loud and throwing food on the counter to start orders. Not paying attention to the order. They guy working was just sitting on his phone. Maybe someone needs to come train them on being professional.
Slowest location in Naples. Workers at lunch time don't move any faster than a crawl. They are always too busy flirting and chatting with each other and customers. They need to understand lunch time is limited for the ppl getting lunch from them.

I love the fact that I'm less then a mile from subway. I miss the five dollar subs, but still Ham/egg is cheap or egg/steak is a nice protein full sub.

Veggies and Meat were soggy, had a weird taste to them as well. Somehow dripped grease, I've never heard of subway meat being greasy. Weird residue on veggies too, tasted like sauce from gloves. Tasted weird but it was still stomachable to a degree
