No wonder why they're closed. Terrible service and product. I've spent hundreds of dollars at this location over the years and I thank God the Jersy Mike's opened up down the road. Always a bad service when I visited.
Horrible service. Placed an online order, never got it. The employee said no when i tried to show her my order confirmation then proceeded to ignore me and go to the back. I waited and still nothing. I asked how to get a refund since it says it ready on my end, they said it wasn’t their problem and would mot help me. This place needs new employees that know what they’re doing.
Ordered on line ..looking everywhere for order in pickup area ..finally employee asked me ..and had them on back counter..because they get stolen ...ok...
My sub was very thin .. not much of anything in it ... i will NOT come

Been coming here for years. Since new management took over approximately 8 months ago, this place has gone way downhill. Internet and online services have been down for weeks. Can’t redeem points or get online discounts.

Employees too dumb to understand the difference between their #6 and a 12” INCH SUB!!!
Almost every time I ordered a 12” #6 online, i get half a sub. Dumb.

The Employee Annie was horrible. She looked like she didn't want to serve me and went on a rant on how I was wasting her time when I asked her to add something. The other employees were giving my friends and I dirty looks. They were whispering in creole about us thinking we didn't understand. Horrible service, never again!

The amount of hair I found in my sub is outrageous. I doubt any of the coworkers in there are wearing hair nets. I don’t recommend !!

My experience today was awful, told the lady that was making the sandwich wanted a BMT from the beginning, I noticed she was giving me something else so I started speaking to her in Spanish so she could understand me. I ordered a BMT from start, then she starts giving me an attitude saying I did not tell her that from the beginning which I did in english. She was acting like i don’t know what a BMT is? I’ve been eating subway for years! As I was leaving the establish, both the manager Anna and staff started laughing at me. I was trying to help them as they were having a hard time speaking English. Great location but the employees plus the manager are rude. . . By the way things seems the owner does not care about his customers.

Subway has been advertising "freshly cut meats" on TV for several months. There is no way the sandwich's I had was freshly cut. It tasted old. When I got home I looked at the flyer I received in the mail. it states, "freshly sliced meats vary by restaurant".Also when I got the the restaurant they would not except the coupon I just received in the mail. I live 2 miles from the store and just received a flyer.

I made an online order and it was wrong. When I tried to relay that to the manager she did not take the time to even try to understand what I was saying. Told me that I had no choice. I had to eat the sandwich like that. I eat subway everyday and this location has the worst customer service out of all of them.

They respond to questions with annoyance, but they don't take any information themselves and provide it. Queries.
I had the feeling that they were either completely high or, unfortunately, somewhat mentally impaired.

This location doesn’t seem to accept any promotions that Subway puts out. Ever. Also in the past when I’ve ordered online and I put one of the ingredients as “less”, that should mean a little less than normal, not “none at all”. I don’t think the employees that make the sandwich understand that. There seems to be a language problem. Has happened several times. So now I leave “normal” on every ingredient, although that’s not really what I want.

Hair in my sub and employee tried to say it was mine when my hair is brown and straight. Hair was curly. In addition. I have no dea what they are saying, their English is terrible.
Employees suxk. Second time staff ripped me off on my online order. Paid for a 12" and got a 6" sub like seriously?? Won't answer the phone either. I don't have free time to go back n deal wit it....so guess i got ripped off AGAIN. I'm done giving them my business cuz a diff location ripped me off that's y I started goin here. I'm over it. GET BETTER EMPLOYEES.
