Subway has been advertising "freshly cut meats" on TV for several months. There is no way the sandwich's I had was freshly cut. It tasted old. When I got home I looked at the flyer I received in the mail. it states, "freshly sliced meats vary by restaurant".Also when I got the the restaurant they would not except the coupon I just received in the mail. I live 2 miles from the store and just received a flyer.

I made an online order and it was wrong. When I tried to relay that to the manager she did not take the time to even try to understand what I was saying. Told me that I had no choice. I had to eat the sandwich like that. I eat subway everyday and this location has the worst customer service out of all of them.

This location doesn’t seem to accept any promotions that Subway puts out. Ever. Also in the past when I’ve ordered online and I put one of the ingredients as “less”, that should mean a little less than normal, not “none at all”. I don’t think the employees that make the sandwich understand that. There seems to be a language problem. Has happened several times. So now I leave “normal” on every ingredient, although that’s not really what I want.

Hair in my sub and employee tried to say it was mine when my hair is brown and straight. Hair was curly. In addition. I have no dea what they are saying, their English is terrible.

Employees suxk. Second time staff ripped me off on my online order. Paid for a 12" and got a 6" sub like seriously?? Won't answer the phone either. I don't have free time to go back n deal wit it....so guess i got ripped off AGAIN. I'm done giving them my business cuz a diff location ripped me off that's y I started goin here. I'm over it. GET BETTER EMPLOYEES.

Wanted a philly steak sandwich and lady told me it only comes with what the sandwich has. I told her I’m going to add more ingredients to it tho, *ignores me (annoyed) then I told her the rest of the ingredients I wanted and she barely put anything in it. And then repeats herself that philly steak only comes with onions and green peppers. No lady, I can put more things in my sandwich if I want to! I don’t know why they are still in business, such disrespectful and rude employees they have. Ridiculous! 0 ZERO STARS.

Service leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, it is very felt that the staff does not care whether visitors buy something or not. Most likely the reason for this is that employees receive their minimum wage per hour, and not on % of sales. I wish to reconsider the approach and appoint a manager who is interested in the development of this institution

I have no idea how this place is still in business…. If they would open up at 7 or 7:30am like they used to, maybe they would have a chance. Why sell breakfast if you open at lunchtime? ? crazy. Good luck.

Worst experience of any subway I've ever been in couldn't understand the counter help at all . if not for my wife I would have walked out .then the help was argueing over the price .WILL NOT RETURN.

Great customer service. My DoorDash driver showed up after they closed so the owner called me and mailed me refund same day. Great experience and I will order again.
