A very clean location Subway-wise. They are (I assume) licensed so they don’t participate in online deals which is a HUGE downside. It’s a nice place in the plaza to sit down and eat as it’s not very busy usually. I mean, wow the no deals from the app IS REALLY a big downside.

Oh my God. This used to be “the good subway” but there were two women working today that made me never want to go back. Asked for spicy brown mustard and she put yellow mustard on there, I said no… spicy mustard. She asked the girl next to her what that was. Okay. Then she proceeds to put spicy mustard on top of the yellow. I said NO I don’t want yellow mustard at all. She GRABBED a BROWN PAPER TOWEL and started WIPING the sandwich to get the mustard off. I said NO remake the sandwich that’s a health code violation! Got home and there was a nice LONNGGG hair hanging out of the side of my sandwich and now I’m disgusted and can’t even eat it cause there is hair in it.

A/C has not worked for almost 2 months. This is ridiculous that an establishment this big doesn't have working AC and the working conditions for the employees. That's just really uncalled for I have to take my food to go because there's no a/c
This used to be my fav subway but the AC has been out for a month and doesn't seem like there is any plan to fix it. It's 90 degrees inside, I'm sure that fresh food is so good. Finding another subway

walked in tonight customer service was horrible!!! about to pass out with no AC to a girl and guy working that was so unpleasant not being greeted or taking care of ...we stood in the hot air as she should have takin our order but never acknowledged us thanks but you and him should be fired ...instead of doing online orders focus on customer inside about to have a heat stroke

I've been there twice in the last 2 weeks and both times it was like an oven in there. The AC is either not working or they refuse to turn it on. Either way I can't step foot in there again.
