Nice that they won't accept coupons and a footlong is only $12 these days for a few veggies (don't want to overdo it) and meat. At least the bread was fresh.
The customer service alone will turn your depressing day right around. The owner Vasanth is such a treasure, the food was absolutely delicious, the establishment was impeccably clean, and I can’t think of a single thing to complain about. I’ve eaten at worse establishments in Rome but this Subway in Naples, Florida has a special place in my heart. Because of Vasanth’s hard work and sacrifice

This subway does not take coupons. I had placed an order of 3 Large Subs for a group of several women. I asked if I could get the lettuce, tomato and pickles on the side not knowing what the who would want what, they wanted to charge me for a salad. I feel like this is a bad customer service policy. The young man working was nice and friendly, places was clean. However, I will not be back due to their unfriendly customer service policy.
