Great place to get gelato at the end of a shopping day the only trouble is it closes at 9. The young girl that worked there we showed up at 9 and she invite us in and said don't worry I'll take care of you and we had a pretty big group we sat outside and had a gelato great night.

I thought the food was great I had a signature bowl and thought it was delicious . But I do work in customer service and found the staff to be very weird and made us as customers feel uncomfortable . There was a girl and a guy working and when we walked in they just stared and didn't even greet us. Then I continued to look at the menu as they stared at me. No one else was even in the place and it was very uncomfortable. Then I thought well are they closing soon but then I looked at the time and it was over an hour until they closed so I was confused why they were giving me this attitude almost. Very weird . It's too bad because the food was great !

They sent me a code via text message to get $3 off. Well, turns out the code is only for 1 day which is not even listed in the text. Complete bait and switch. The guy didn't even try to talk to the manager but said "no" can't give it to you as it's not available. Well so why don't you put the timeline in the text message then? How are people supposed to know this? You just lost a year round customer!!!! I'd say go to the Bowl much better food and customer service.

Terrible service..I was having a diabetic issue and the employee refused to attend to me quickly . He was terse and condescending and so I asked for a reason which he out loud referred to in his system as "weird reapn".. I was like how about you write in refused to help someone with a health issue.. he rolled his eyes.. this is in addition to the ridiculous process and subpar smoothies.. I definitely will not go back.

Great place and management. I recently had an error with my online order, but Lee the GM took very good care of the situation and handled it professionally. The bowls are very fulfilling and delicious, it's all I have ever ordered!

I'm beyond chilled to find out that we finally have a Sweetberry Bowls in Mercato!!!! I especially love the Sweet Dragon Bowl and Chocolate Dream Smoothie!!! Highly recommended!!! A big shoutout to their Manager Lee!!! He is very accommodating to all special requests. Great bowls/smoothies + Great customer service = Amazing experience!!!

Visited this place last year before it changed owners and it would have been 5 starts. Since then the quality has gone down. The acai is very icy now not smooth. Still one of the best acai places around though. 3/5 stars.
