I booked this reservation eight weeks ago and when they were 15 minutes late seating us they sat us in the bar area designated for casual dining.. I did not request the bar area.At all. We were celebrating our 48 yr anniversary and I was disappointed I am so glad we did not bring friends. I will never recommend this restaurant. Our sever was very nice. We were seated at a plastic table, plastic chairs, plastic tablecloth. Never been so disappointed in a restaurant that did not honour my reservation. That was booked two months ahead of time several people in that area were disappointed. Also, I will never make a reservation here again, nor will I ever recommend this restaurant. The management should be disappointed in how they handled themselves that evening.

30min late to seat for reservation. Food was an 8 out of 10. Drinks were good. View was nice. Our server had too many tables and was just passable. Brought entres when we were half way through appetizers, forgot that we had asked for check and boxes and came back 15min later asking if we wanted boxes or him to box everything up and if we wanted desert. Probably a great place not at peak hours.

Booked a table well in advance as it was a larger group for a surprise 80th birthday celebration. Staff was fantastic. Service was excellent. He was personable, remembered everything and attentive. Food was phenomenal.

We had a reservation for approximately five months, and we were disappointed that we had to wait over 30 minutes for a table to open up. If we come back, it will not be on a weekend night when they are hosting several large groups. Otherwise the food and the service were excellent. We were disappointed that the bar was missing an ingredient for a cocktail promoted on the menu. The quality of one of the cocktails did not reflect a high end steakhouse.

Food and service were good but we had to wait almost 25 minutes past our reservation time to be seated.

My wife and I had a great time and great dinner!! I booked a 5:15 pm resv because that's all that was available. Little did we know about the early dining menu.... $59/person! Salad, great entrees (mini suf n turf and halibut), dessert and a nice glass of wine! Great meal, great waterfront window table, great service.... Highly recommended!

The food was very good with more than ample servings. The best part of our dining experience came with our server James. This young man went above and beyond to make sure that our first of what will be many experiences an amazing one. Thank you James. We hope to be back soon and hope to be honored with having James as our server.

Trio seafood dinner and 14oz sirloin with lobster tail dinners were excellent. Joe, our waiter was amazing. The hostesses had their hands full with some demanding guests who could not understand why the early diners had not cleared out - but the hostesses handled everyone with grace and tact. The experience was worth the wait.

Excellent service. Nice table by the water. High visibility by the owner, Ty (great guy!). Food was excellent - lobster appetizer is fantastic (also wonderful presentation). Steaks were cooked perfectly and were excellent. Availability of Voss still and sparkling water a plus. A wonderful experience! One wish - bring back the creamed spinach. Definitely one of our favorite restaurants!

Wanted to celebrate 70th wedding anniversary at nice restaurant. Party of 4. Even though had reservations for 6:30, we waited 40+ minutes to be seated. Did have nice table- finally. Manager comp'ed an appetizer (nice touch), had a good server. It ended there. Had to send one steak back, another one was over cooked but kept by the guest. Overall food left much to be desired except for one entrée. Significantly over priced. Doubt that I'll ever return.

We visited this restaurant recently after not having been there for about three years. It has a strong reputation as a steak and lobster destination, so we were looking forward to the evening. What surprised us most was how crowded it was. Tables were placed extremely close together, and with servers constantly moving through narrow aisles, the dining room felt more hectic than refined. When it was time to leave, navigating our way out felt almost like solving a maze. For us, the ambiance was not relaxing and did not match what we typically expect at this price point.

Service was a bright spot. Our server was attentive, professional, and clearly working hard in a very busy environment. Drinks arrived promptly once the bar could keep up, orders were accurate, and wine pours were generous. The pacing of the meal was fast. Salads arrived within minutes, and entrées followed shortly after, which some diners may appreciate.

The menu is à la carte. I ordered the salmon, requested rare, at $52. The portion was approximately six ounces. It arrived closer to medium than rare. While it was initially moist, it became noticeably dry as it cooled. It was also heavily coated in teriyaki glaze. The asparagus, ordered separately, was steamed and cooked perfectly.

One steak order at our table was more problematic. A steak ordered medium arrived fully gray with no pink, prompting a re-fire. Unfortunately, the replacement arrived rare. By that point, the rest of the table had finished eating. The server handled the situation well. He was apologetic, attentive, and ultimately comped two desserts for the table, which was a thoughtful gesture. Other steaks at the table were cooked correctly and were described as good, though not exceptional.

Dessert was crème brûlée. The custard itself was very good, but it was heavily topped with whipped cream and strawberries in a sweet sauce. Once those toppings were removed, the crème brûlée underneath was quite enjoyable.

In the end, while the service was excellent and clearly well-intentioned, the overall experience did not work for us. The combination of high prices, close quarters, noise level, and some inconsistency in execution made the evening feel more rushed and hectic than special. For diners who enjoy a lively, high-energy steakhouse atmosphere with fast service, this restaurant may be a good fit. For those seeking a more relaxed, refined dining experience at this price level, it may not be the best match.
