T-Michaels Steak & Lobster

I read the reviews prior to making reservations and thought some of the negative comments might be picky eaters and we decided to get a try... I will have to agree with their comments as we were not impressed as they claim to be high dining experience with comparable pricing of other established restaurants The water view was nice but wa will not be returning.. too many other nice restaurants in Naples to dine at.

We had a very enjoyable time the food service was great. We will return and bring other people. Thank you very much for such enjoyable, evening thanks again

I am the other half of the person who owns this Open Table Account and attended this dinner along with with our 10 year old son, as the party of 3. My name is Deanna Carlo and I would like to give a fair and honest review as someone who has worked in the hospitality industry. I would like to begin with letting you know that we set our reservation maybe only 2 hours in advance of the reservation. Understandably it is summer time in Naples & it is possible that the restaurant was just overwhelmed, but I wasn't impressed with my first impression, which should be important for a restaurant... I was going to explain the entire experience, but don't have enough room to include it all. Long story short, the service was not anywhere near what you would expect for the amount of money spent and the steak (which is marketed in their name) was over cooked and not great either. The service we received was remotely close to what I would expect at Pinchers, maybe even worse than that... However, the Seafood was amazing. I'm open to sharing our full experience if the restaurant would like to know more. We tip as someone who has worked in the service industry, giving exceptions for maybe just a bad day. However, whatever caused this bad first impression, I would hope the restaurant will use this review for constructive criticism to make necessary adjustments in the future to prevent this type of first time impression for others.

The food is delicious and the view is awesome. They have some wonderful specials so be sure to make a reservation to have a delightful meal.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere...food was seasoned to perfection and pleasing to palate. I will return again if in Naples, Florida and definitely recommend restaurant to others

Our server, Bella, made my night. She was absolutely amazing. My colleagues surprised me wit a small birthday celebration and Bella was on top of it! She is a wonderful young lady. Loved the venue, food, service! All added up to T-Michael's being one of my favorite restaurants in the country! Thank you an excellent evening and experience!

Was so looking forward to this meal, however it was extremely disappointing ! The food was truly mediocre!!!! The steak was so tasteless. The twice baked appeared to be prepared the day before! Not a good experience. D NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT!

Great family dinner. First time at restaurant and amazing experience. Prior to our dinner we were greeted by the owner who made us feel so welcome. Our waitress Bella was super friendly and offered great recommendations. Will definitely be back.

Food is exceptional. I got the surf and turf and my wife got petite filet. We also got Caesar (permitted us to split) and 2 shareable side- mashed potatoes and twice baked potatoes. EVERYTHING was delicious. We put that we were going for date night and they gave us two complimentary shrimp. This place is really good and great food. I would highly recommend to anyone.

This was the first time I visited the restaurant. Based on the costs associated with the meal, I would have expected much more. I was disappointed in several things. First, the “seasonal vegetables” this evening was cooked baby carrots. The carrots were not fully cooked and had no additional flavor. It was as if a $1 bag of baby carrots was put in for steam cooking that was undercooked. Next, the crème brûlée I received for dessert was completely cold. Although the custard is not supposed to be piping hot, there should be a contrast between hot and cold with the sugar brûléed before serving. Finally, at $6.00 for a cup of coffee, the coffee should come hot, not cold! Also, the coffee should come with cream and not milk. We had to send the coffee back - which is something I've never had to do at any restaurant. Overall, I was disappointed and don't know if I will consider returning to this restaurant.

My husband is a red meat enthusiast, and his steak was perfect. I had the special, which was chicken stir fry, and I couldn't have been happier. It is sometimes hard to find lighter menu items where the steaks are good. The view, the service, and the drinks were all just right. We truly appreciate the environmental efforts made to quiet the ambient sound. We are older and the trend toward loud clattering "energetic" atmospheres in modern restaurants is distressing to us. We will be returning.

Without a fail, this place always provides amazing meals and great views of them Venetian Bay. The staff are amazing as well. You can tell they enjoy working there and seeing their regulars and their guests.

Outstanding food and service! Saw a rainbow and a dolphin in the water from our table! Amazing!

The ambiance is fantastic, so is the service. The food not so much. My steak was overcooked. Way too much pepper and the melted butter for my lobster had too much salt. Mussels were a win and so was dessert.

Gorgeous bay view with giant windows to take it all in ! Not only was the food exquisite and tastefully prepared the service was first class. I was one of 60 people in our group and we all got the dining experience that is hard to find. I had the steak tips and they were perfectly cooked to my liking. I was also super impressed that the owner was there and spent time talking to us all.
