Because there are very limited food options late at night in this city and I don’t want to eat burgers, I chose tacos. That’s why I have been coming to this Taco Bell location in the Naples Pine Ridge area for 3 days in a row, and for all three days I have received the same poor treatment.
When ordering through the drive-thru, the employee’s tone is consistently loud, harsh, and very unfriendly. There is no effort to communicate respectfully with customers. Not everyone in the U.S. speaks perfect English, and customers may not always understand. In those situations, employees should be more patient, polite, and professional.
I work in the same industry, and even though my English is more than sufficient, this type of attitude is unacceptable. There is no “welcome,” no “enjoy your meal,” and no friendly behavior at all.
On top of that, the bag I received had not a single napkin or any basic item inside—only the food. The packaging was careless, and the food was messy and falling apart inside the bag.
I absolutely do not recommend this location. I can’t speak for other Taco Bell restaurants, but at this location, poor customer service and careless packaging completely ruin the experience, regardless of the food.

This specific taco bell consistently screws me over, i ask for steak grilled cheese burritos and they give me beef which is under half of the cost, yet always charge me for steak. almost every time without fail. They are either Lazy or Slow up top. neither is good for business

I usually don’t leave reviews. My experience at this restaurant was the best Taco Bell experience I’ve had. The Doritos taco shell was FRESH. The soft shell was fresh and soft. The meat for the tacos was hot and fresh. Even the chips for the chips and cheese nachos were not stale. Best Taco Bell restaurant!

Growing up in Naples, this was my go to Taco Bell. After becoming an adult and visiting EVERY Taco Bell in Naples, I have come to say that this is the SINGLE BEST Taco Bell here. Compared to others, this Taco Bell gives way better proportions and knows how to do it right.
