Bad service, I went in the afternoon and it took them too long to give me my order even though there was no people, those three guys were just laughing and when I entered the restaurant the tables were dirty

I hate the kiosks now The people at the counter either ignore you or direct you to place your order on the kiosk instead of welcoming the customer and offering to take your order

When we got there we ordered a Baja blast and they put that on the check thing and we paid for it and never got it and when my daughter went in there she tried to get the Baja blast there was nobody in there basically and they were not trying to ask her what she needed and assist her

Chicken cantina bowl was HALF the usual size!!!! Ordered and paid for jalapeños which did not get included. By FAR the worst I’ve had from a Taco Bell in YEARS! Shame on you!

I paid $13 for two burritos that I’ve had at other locations and it was tortillas with a sprinkle of food. I turned around and went back to complain and I was given an even smaller even more empty burritos. I complained again and was then lectured on what’s supposed to be in the burritos as if I didn’t order it and haven’t had it at other locations the right way. This was the biggest waste of time. I should’ve just went to McDonald’s across the street. Would’ve definitely gotten more for my money and not be spoken to slow and rude like I’m dumb by management.

Is the 4th time I order thru the drive thru and I get my order wrong I paid almost 50 dollars to get soggy hard tacos and I order steak Gordita’s supreme and got beef

What is the point of serving breakfast and not opening till 9 am ? Just take it off the menu at this point no wonder you guys done get sales in the am the only people who want breakfast from fast food are workers and we won't want till 9 to get breakfast that's like an hr from lunch time. You guys need to use your brains sometimes .
Service sucks here.. walked inside to order and crew told me to order at the self serve kiosk.. I came inside to order for a reason do your job and take my order... how bout yawl pay me to make my own order... I don't understand it high prices for crap food like taco bell and yawl want higher minimum wage.. and you can't even do your job.. the very little expected I take my business else where
