I genuinely love taco bell and honestly frequent this location, however, I wont be returning for quite some time, as now there is a bad taste in my mouth. The manager, Willis, was genuinely condensending. I usually go through the drive thru, but not wanting to eat in my car, I headed inside. Not realizing I could select to pay in cash on the kiosk, I stood and patiently waited to be assisted. Willis then asked me to use the kiosk, which I honestly didnt mind after being told I could pay at the counter after the fact. After I put in my order, I stood for over 5 minutes, in a restaurant that was not very busy (3 people other than myself and maybe only a couple cars in the drive thru), waiting for someone to help me. After multiple people had walked by, and and I had called out and been ignored, I sat down. This may be partially my fault, as I assumed I would pay when they called my food. Now, over 20 minutes pass and im still sitting, no food in sight. Willis calls me over and asks if I intended on paying. I said yes, and explained that I had stood waiting. He simply brushed me off. I paid, and got my food shortly after, but one of my tacos had been put in the bag upside down, nearly all of the toppings falling out of it. I work in food service and am typically very understanding, however, this was a genuinely terrible experience. I wouldnt be as upset if the restaurant was slammed, but it was 8:30 at night and almost barren.

They get my order wrong every single time, u want extra steak? You’re getting extra lettuce. You want a Baja blast and ur getting nacho fries. They got a bunch of helmet babies working the line.

I usually enjoy Taco Bell, but my recent visit was really disappointing. The only reason I went was because I received a message saying that if I bought the chicken nuggets, I could get nacho fries for $1. That deal was the whole reason I chose to go—but when I tried to redeem it, they refused to honor it. It felt misleading and like a waste of time and money.
I had ordered three nacho fries, but they only gave me two and claimed that I only ordered two. I wasn’t even given a receipt to prove what I actually ordered. When we brought it up, instead of correcting the mistake kindly, the staff got visibly irritated—as if we were the problem for pointing it out.
A woman from the back came up front and was rude to us when we were just trying to get the issue fixed. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and frustrating.
On top of all that, the value just isn’t there anymore. A small cup of cheese is now over a dollar, and they only fill it halfway. Even when you order a large fry, you still get the same small cheese cup as with a regular order, and the fries themselves weren’t even full.
Taco Bell used to be one of my favorite spots, but after this experience, I left feeling disappointed and honestly unsure if I’ll go back to this location

We all know what Taco Bell tastes like - so I’ll save it for the service. Guy taking orders at the drive through at midnight was clearly fed up, was openly disrespectful, and made no attempt to even be friendly. At the end of the day it’s Taco Bell, but being civil isn’t that challenging.
