When your facility says it’s open daily 9 AM - 1 AM or later, it’s unexceptionable to have the lobby, as they called it, I would have said restaurant, it’s unexceptionable to be closed at 10 PM. No restrooms , only drive thru service. False advertising and lying about your service. If I have to go somewhere else to go to the bathroom, after getting off the interstate from the east coast of Florida, do you really think I’m going to go somewhere else to go to the bathroom and actually drive back to go thru the drive thru, your crazy!

Hello everyone who sees this. I went to this Taco Bell every Saturday for 6 months straight, not to mention several other times (I have an addiction). I’ve been to almost every tbell in Lee and several in Collier. This location is easily the best in consistency, speed, good food, correct orders, customer service and everything else. They are THE best.

I just wanted to leave a review praising the staff at the Greentree location. I believe the gentlemen that helped me said his name was Jared, I think he was the manager. He was just the nicest, most pleasant person I've dealt with lately. The rest of the staff was so friendly as well. Cheers to you guys for getting it right!!
